It settles what the tantra corpus does not touch: which observance falls on which tithi, how a vrata is begun and broken, what a saṃskāra requires, and the deśa-kāla-gotra-nāma of the saṅkalpa that opens any of them. Our own translation, verse by verse — a work still in progress.
