Why a chowki's power falters and turns on its own sadhak
The speaker says such sadhaks sooner or later make the mistake of sending their prayog against a genuine devotee of Bhagavati or Hanuman ji, or a sadhak of high-caliber sadhanas, who retaliates with a badwanal prayog or a high Baglamukhi prayog. This blunts (kunthit) the chowki's shaktis: however much bali or bhog is given, a bound shakti's capacity has a limit, unlike a mahashakti's, which is limitless and can end everything in a moment once pleased. Beaten again and again — by a Hanuman devotee's sota, by a good dham or sadhak whose shaktis line up and thrash such chowkis — the shaktis, once human themselves, resent it and stop supporting the sadhak; his troubles grow, his mind becomes uchchatit, and his own shaktis begin troubling him. In that state he takes on even riskier work for money — vashikaran, ruining someone — and the more he does, the more entangled he becomes.
Scope of the Hanuman Badvanal Vidya: siddhi methods and prayogas
The speaker says Shri Hanuman's Badvanal Vidya is so vast that it cannot be squeezed into a few words. He says it has a brief siddhi method and an extended one, each giving a different level of effect, and that the siddhi method and the Prayoga method are separate matters from its benefits. He lists the prayogas it has: against Abhichara, for an old pishach dosh, for freedom from debt, for curing disease, for Griha Bandhan and for Kavach protection, each with its own vidhan.
Badvanal for physical weakness and constant groundless fear
The speaker says the first benefit is for a person whose body lacks strength and capacity and who stays afraid all the time: fear that someone will beat him, fear at home, at the workplace, among friends and in society, an unknown fear he cannot climb out of, what is called a phobia. He says that for freedom from this fear, if one completes the whole Badvanal Anushthana of Hanuman, the benefit is very great and fear goes far away.
Hanuman's Badvanal, Janjira, the Chalisa or the Bajrang Baan may each carry the prayoga, made with much thought and care.
The third is Hanuman ji: if the listener has made his prayoga, whether he is going to use Hanuman ji's Badvanal, or Hanuman ji's Janjira, or the Chalisa or the Bajrang Baan. He says to make the prayoga with much thought and care.
Which Hanuman mala mantra should be done?
Asked which Hanuman mala mantra — Lakshman-krit, Shatrughna-krit, Vibhishan-krit, or Badvanal, or Vichitra Virya — he says do whichever you like, if there is such an obstruction, do it.
A grihastha tantrokta Hanuman Panch and Badvanal Stotra is planned, deferred by the season's anushthans
A listener says he has a strong wish that in the Chandra Grahan the Hanuman Panch Stotra and Hanuman Badvanal Stotra be done by the grihastha tantrokta vidhi. He has written it all down today itself, the speaker says; only the experience videos are so many. He notes there was Chhath here, then Diwali, and now the Navchandi anushthan is running, so only after all this is complete will a little time be had — but he will try to put it up.
Which Hanuman anushthans can be repeated that day?
Whatever anushthan for the sake of Hanuman ji you have done up to now — whether of the Hanuman Chalisa, of the Bajrang Baan, of the Hanuman Sathika, or of the Badvanal, or of any other shabar mantras, the Janjira, or his Panjar, all of which have been given — if you have done these, you may if you wish do its japa and purashcharan on that day.
May one do Hanuman ji's Badvanal?
Asked about it, the speaker answers simply that yes, you should absolutely do Hanuman ji's Badvanal.
The four Mahaviras who accompany every form of Bhagavati
The speaker says that whichever form of Bhagavati one worships, four Mahashaktis stand with every form of Jagdamba as viras: first Bhagavan Ganpati, second Bhairav, third Hanuman and fourth Bhagavan Narasimha. One should certainly take the shelter of one of these four so that worldly work succeeds and one also receives protection.
Stage one of Badavanal siddhi: Sitaram japa from Ekadashi to Ekadashi
The speaker says the vidhi begins on the Ekadashi of any month and runs to the Ekadashi of the next paksha. In that period one does 108 malas daily of the Sitaram nama on a genuine Tulsi mala of 108 beads plus a sumeru, to destroy one's paap and taap and to produce in the body the element that can hold the Badavanal vidya. It is done with Brahmacharya, sleeping on the ground if possible, after a morning bath and puja of Shri Ram's darbar, on a Kusha Asana laid with its head east, in yellow clothes, facing east only, with achaman and a Sankalpa naming the purpose and also all paap, shraap and kundali doshas; each day's japa is surrendered with water into Ram's right hand or Janaki's left. After the home puja one goes to a Shiva temple, lights five ghee lamps, does abhisheka with milk, curd and honey and then water, offers bilva and flowers and recites the Rudrashtakam eleven times; back home, one feeds the creatures around the house before eating. Kept up to the Ekadashi, this completes the first stage.
Where, when and in what dress the Badavanal siddhi anushthan is begun
The speaker says the second stage starts from a Tuesday, a parva kaal, or best of all a Purnima falling on a Tuesday. It is done in a temple, not at home to begin with, unless one already practises sadhana at home. For men a south-facing Hanuman temple is best; women should not do a very large anushthan at a south-facing temple and should use an ordinary one. A Hanuman image under a banyan or Peepal tree is excellent. One wears red, a kusha or red asana, and may face east or north. On the first day one goes in a red dhoti and kurta, not shirt and trousers; the main rule is unstitched cloth, a dhoti for men and at least a saree for women.
Daily sitting of the Badavanal anushthan: sankalp, Sitaram malas, 108 paths counted on urad, samarpan
The speaker says that after the bhog one sits, does achaman, wears the pavitri, purifies the body, does asana shuddhi and shikha bandhan, recites a mangalik path and takes Sankalpa for at least 21 days (women may do 7 or 11), daily or once for all. One remembers the guru, Ganpati, Bhairav, the Kuldevi and sthan devata, does 11 malas of Sitaram on the same tulsi mala, then Hanuman's Dhyan and the Viniyoga of Badavanal, done only once. Holding 108 whole black urad grains, one recites the badvanal-stotra 108 times (11, 21, 27 or 54 are allowed), dropping a grain into a paan- or sal-leaf dona after each path, the mala resting in a Gomukhi meanwhile; then 11 more Sitaram malas. The urad is placed half on each of Hanuman's feet, the japa surrendered with water, then aarti, kshama prarthana and 11 pradakshinas (or 27 or 108 around a peepal or banyan) with Sitaram japa. The whole vidhi is repeated daily to the 21st day, without re-offering the Ram-nama cloth and janeu.
Karma-sakshi lamp with an arm-span kalava wick for the Badavanal anushthan
The speaker adds a special vidhan that makes the effect stronger and much quicker: when sitting for japa, light a karma-sakshi lamp. It is a clay lamp whose wick is made from red kalava measured to the length of one's body — measured with the arms stretched out wide, not from head to foot. It burns mustard oil or pure desi cow ghee; use ghee in a siddhi vidhan. Alongside it one may make a large, firm lamp of wheat-flour dough that will not leak, fill it with ghee, and light it with a kalava wick too. Two lamps thus lit are excellent, and this may be done daily.
Forty-one days of home practice before any Badavanal prayog
The speaker says the anushthan may be done for 21 days, or extended to 41 or 108 days. Once it is complete, one should first do at home, every day for 41 days, 11 malas of Sitaram japa, 11 paths of the Badavanal, and again 11 malas — with the sankalp of grace, siddhi and Hanuman's special favour — and only after that take sankalp for a prayog. In the temple the daily order is 11 malas of Sitaram, 108 paths of the Badavanal, then 11 malas of Sitaram.
Can the Badvanal Stotra be recited for Siddhi during the eclipse?
Yes, but only if it is already your practice. If tomorrow would be the first time you have ever recited the badvanal-stotra, do not — during an eclipse recite abundantly the thing you have been reciting all along.
Can a Prayoga be performed during an eclipse?
No. The speaker says only wicked people perform Prayoga during an eclipse, to harm others. Practitioners and servants of the right path should do japa of their Ishta's mantra, attempt its siddhi, and perform Bhajan — accomplish the badvanal-stotra, never apply it.
May a householder worship Kaal Bhairav at home?
Asked which stotra or paath of Hanuman ji is good for all kinds of situations, the speaker says: do the Badvanal. Asked whether householders may do the puja of Kaal Bhairav, he says that at home, instead of doing the mantra japa, puja and sthapana of Kaal Bhairav, one should do that of Batuk Bhairav; the puja of Kaal Bhairav should be done outside the house, in a Shiva temple and such.
Which deities are prescribed for a house under uchchatan?
When the matter has reached that state, the speaker says, take the mantra of the fierce deities — whether Hanuman ji's Batvanar, or the kavach of Panchmukhi Hanuman ji, or the stotra and Satnam of Batuk Bhairav ji, or the paath and process of Mahabhairav ji — and any one of these, even if only for a week, awaken it or make it siddh, sitting first in a Shiva temple or in a Bhagavati temple.
Hanuman Badvanal can be done without a guru if it was prescribed to you
To a listener who has been told to do Hanuman Badvanal but has no guru, the speaker says he can do it — there is no problem.
The Hanuman Panjar, the Hanuman Badvanal and the tantrokta anushthan are still to be given
Asked for the complete puja vidhi of Hanuman, he agrees to tell it, and quickly — the Hanuman Panjar, the Hanuman Badvanal, the tantrokta anushthan.
Why should ugra pujan not be done at home in certain households?
As he often says, if the household deities include some brahma who is worshipped, or some deity of the bhoot-pret yoni who has come to be worshipped and whom you worship in a deva form, then the pujan of Baglamukhi Mai, the pujan of Sarveshwar, the ugra pujan of Batuk Bhairav ji, the pujan of Mahabhairav ji and the japa of Hanuman ji's Badvanal will all cause them distress. So do not do that thing at home, if that is the case — there is a method by which they are not distressed, but at least go to a Shiva temple and do it. Keep it to five malas, he says, and it will be of great use.
