What we record

  • No account is needed. You can read everything without signing up or telling us who you are.
  • Searches. The words you search for, how many results came back and which result was clicked are stored without any name, IP address or account attached, to improve search.
  • MCP and API queries. Queries sent to our MCP server are stored the same way, with no identity attached.
  • Your city. If you choose a city for dates, it is kept in a cookie on your device so pages can show local sunrise-based times.
  • Birth details. Details entered for a kundali or matching are used to compute the chart for that request.
  • Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address only to send the newsletter. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
  • Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer them.
  • Server logs (IP address, browser, page requested) are kept briefly by us and our hosting and network providers for security and to keep the site running.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive. Google sets its own cookies and processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can block it with your browser’s settings or a content blocker; the site works fully without it. The site also uses a session cookie needed for forms to work securely.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, show targeted advertising, or share your information with anyone except the service providers needed to run the site, or where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. Write to us through the contact page; we aim to respond within 30 days.

Children

The site is meant for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.
