What we keep
- Your chats, so you can come back to them: encrypted as they travel and while stored, with a key kept apart from our database. No one at OccultGuide reads them; our own tools have no screen that can show them. Delete any of them from Your chats.
- Your notebook, encrypted: only what you wrote or agreed to add.
- Your email, , to sign you in.
- Your plan, if you pay for one: its dates and Razorpay’s reference numbers. Never your card or UPI details. And how many messages you send each day, as counts, to keep the allowances.
- If OG declines a question as misuse, a note that it happened and when, never the words.
- What you agreed to and when, and when you last used OccultGuide. That is all.
- Never sold, never shared. Your fears are never used to sell you anything: no remedies, no gemstones, no pūjās.
Your choices

Your account, every chat and your notebook are deleted at once, and cannot be brought back. If you pay for a plan, its renewal stops and the days left on it end with the account.
