Who are "bhagatwal" practitioners?

The speaker's example of a subject raised to cause harm: suppose a family has a Dakini worshipped — Dakini is absolutely worshipped as a mother in villages, and they are worshipping their own. If someone wants to corrupt that household, he prescribes a Batuk Bhairav mantra vidhan, "yes, do Batuk Bhairav japa" — and if the person starts that japa, thinking it came through a dream, the condition of the worshipped shakti will go bad. The proper process, he says, is that when the mandal pujan happens, the knowledgeable one who gives the mantra first frees that Dakini, or that matrika in yogini form, by sankalpa — so that whatever pujan this person does, no effect of the japa falls on her.
What should be done in a household with daayan tantra, feeding and bandhan?
A listener asks how to get free of daayan tantra, how to expel what has been fed to the family, and about a bandhan in the house — his mother has been vomiting for four years and he himself is in great difficulty and his head does not work. Hearing your condition, the speaker says, it does not appear that you will be able to do anything yourself. So he would say this: with the help of some guardian, take some correct person to the house and get all these things set right. If you do it yourself, and the situation is even slightly off balance, you will get into difficulty.
What is the difference between a daayan and a chudail?
A chudail is what is formed after death, the speaker says; a daayan is some person. Understand daayan as a vidya, in a way — as you study mathematics, as you study science, so daayan too is a kind of vidya, an entire subject in itself, which comes within nikrisht tantra, kshudra tantra and the like. And if one may say so, it is a replica of a high vidya — a replica meaning its photocopy, its xerox: the high vidya has come for the protection of someone, and that same thing, by way of kshudra vidya, is for inflicting suffering on someone.
