The king bows to the sage again and again and puts the dust of his feet on his head. Viśvāmitra embraces him, blesses him and asks after his health. The brothers then bow to Vasiṣṭha, who embraces them lovingly, and to the company of Brahmins, who give the blessings they wished. Bharata and Śatrughna bow, Rāma lifts and embraces them, and Lakṣmaṇa is glad to see the two brothers.
