How does one seek release if Lord Hanuman is the bound household deity?
Since Hanuman heeds the name of Lord Rama, one should chant Rama's name, recite the Rama Raksha Stotra, the Ramayana, or Ramcharitmanas, and perform Havan with specific chaupais and mantras so that Rama, being pleased, releases the binding.
