गुह का मिलना
The Lord tells Hanumān to take the form of a Brahmin boy, go to Ayodhyā, tell Bharata of his welfare and bring back news. Hanumān goes at once, and the Lord goes to Bharadvāja, who honours him in many ways, praises him and blesses him. Bowing at the sage's feet, the Lord climbs into the airship again. Here the Niṣāda hears that the Lord has come and calls the people with boats. He crosses the Gaṅgā and arrives; the Lord lands. Sītā worships the Gaṅgā and falls at her feet, and the Gaṅgā blesses her gladly: 'Fair one, may your married state be unbroken.' Hearing, Guha runs, overcome with love, and comes near in the fullest joy. Seeing Vaidehī with the Lord, he falls on the ground, unaware of his body. Seeing his deep love, Raghurāī gladly lifts him and holds him to his heart. The Lord took him to his heart and made him sit close, asking after his welfare, and Guha prayed: 'Now all is well, seeing the lotus feet that Brahmā and Śaṅkara serve, home of joy, whose every desire is fulfilled, I bow to you.' Tulasīdāsa, dull-minded, says: such a Niṣāda, lowest in every way, Hari took to his heart like Bharata; and the Lord forgotten in delusion. This holy account of Rāvaṇa's enemy always gives love at Rāma's feet; it destroys desire and the rest, gives knowledge, and the gods, siddhas and sages sing it gladly. Those wise ones who hear the tale of Raghubīra's victory in battle are always given victory, discernment and prosperity by the Lord. In this Kali age, a house of filth, think in your mind and see: apart from the name of Śrī Raghunātha there is no other support.प्रभु ने हनुमान को समझाकर कहा कि ब्रह्मचारी का रूप धरकर अवधपुर जाओ, भरत को हमारी कुशल सुनाओ और समाचार लेकर चले आओ। पवनपुत्र तुरंत चल पड़े, तब प्रभु भरद्वाज के पास गए। मुनि ने अनेक प्रकार से पूजा की, स्तुति की और आशीर्वाद दिया। मुनि के चरणों की वंदना करके, दोनों हाथ जोड़कर, प्रभु विमान पर चढ़कर फिर चले। यहाँ निषाद ने सुना कि प्रभु आ गए और नावों के लिए लोग बुलाए। गंगा पार करके वह आया और प्रभु की आज्ञा पाकर तट पर उतरा। तब सीता ने गंगा की पूजा की और बहुत प्रकार से चरणों में पड़ीं। गंगा ने मन में हर्ष से आशीर्वाद दिया, 'सुंदरी, तुम्हारा सुहाग अखंड रहे।' सुनकर गुह प्रेम से व्याकुल दौड़ा और परम सुख से भरा निकट आया। प्रभु के साथ वैदेही को देखकर वह धरती पर गिर पड़ा, उसे शरीर की सुध न रही। उसकी परम प्रीति देखकर रघुराई ने हर्ष से उसे उठाकर हृदय से लगा लिया। कृपा के निधान, सुजान, रमापति राम ने उसे हृदय से लगाया, पास बैठाकर कुशल पूछी, और वह विनती करने लगा, 'अब कुशल है, क्योंकि मैं ब्रह्मा और शंकर से सेवित चरण-कमल देख रहा हूँ; सुख के धाम, पूर्णकाम राम, आपको नमस्कार।' सब तरह से अधम निषाद को हरि ने भरत की तरह हृदय से लगाया, तुलसीदास कहते हैं कि उस मंदबुद्धि ने मोह के वश प्रभु को भुला दिया। रावण के शत्रु का यह पावन चरित राम के चरणों में सदा प्रेम देने वाला, काम आदि को हरने वाला और विज्ञान देने वाला है; देवता, सिद्ध और मुनि इसे हर्ष से गाते हैं। जो सुजान रघुवीर के युद्ध-विजय के चरित सुनते हैं, उन्हें भगवान नित्य विजय, विवेक और विभूति देते हैं। इस कलिकाल को, जो पापों का घर है, मन में विचारकर देखो: श्रीरघुनाथ के नाम को छोड़कर कोई और आधार नहीं है।

पवनपुत्र तुरंत चल पड़े, तब प्रभु भरद्वाज के पास गए। मुनि ने अनेक प्रकार से पूजा की, स्तुति की और फिर आशीर्वाद दिया।
At once the son of the wind set off, and then the Lord went to Bharadvāja. The sage honoured him in many ways, praised him and then blessed him.

मुनि के चरणों की वंदना करके, दोनों हाथ जोड़कर, प्रभु विमान पर चढ़कर फिर चले। यहाँ निषाद ने सुना कि प्रभु आ गए, और नाव-नाव के लिए लोगों को बुलाया।
Bowing at the sage's feet with both hands joined, the Lord climbed into the airship again and went. Here the Niṣāda heard that the Lord had come and called the people to bring boat after boat.

४4सुरसरि नाघि जान तब आयो। उतरेउ तट प्रभु आयसु पायो ॥तब सीताँ पूजी सुरसरी। बहु प्रकार पुनि चरनन्हि परी ॥

गंगा ने मन में हर्ष से आशीर्वाद दिया, 'सुंदरी, तुम्हारा सुहाग अखंड रहे।' सुनकर गुह प्रेम से व्याकुल दौड़ा और परम सुख से भरा निकट आया।
The Gaṅgā gladly gave her blessing: 'Fair one, may your married state be unbroken.' Hearing, Guha ran, overcome with love, and came near, full of the deepest joy.

प्रभु के साथ वैदेही को देखकर वह धरती पर गिर पड़ा; उसे शरीर की सुध न रही। उसकी परम प्रीति देखकर रघुराई ने हर्ष से उसे उठाकर हृदय से लगा लिया।
Seeing Vaidehī with the Lord, he fell on the ground, with no awareness of his body. Seeing his deep love, Raghurāī gladly lifted him and held him to his heart.

कृपा के निधान, सुजान राजा रमापति ने उसे हृदय से लगा लिया, अपने बहुत पास बैठाकर कुशल पूछी, और वह विनती करने लगा, 'अब कुशल है, क्योंकि मैं ब्रह्मा और शंकर से सेवित चरण-कमल देख रहा हूँ। सुख के धाम, पूर्णकाम राम, मैं आपको नमस्कार करता हूँ, नमस्कार करता हूँ।'
The Lord, the merciful and wise husband of Ramā, took him to his heart and made him sit close, and asked after his welfare. Guha prayed: 'Now all is well, seeing the lotus feet that Brahmā and Śaṅkara serve. Home of joy, whose every wish is fulfilled, Rāma, I bow to you, I bow to you.'
