सेवक प्रिय अनन्यगति

Hanumān says that though he has many faults, a master should never forget his servant; every living being is bound by the Lord's illusion and crosses it only by his kindness. He trusts the Lord as a child trusts his parents. He falls at Rāma's feet, shows his own true form, and Rāma lifts him to his chest. Rāma tells him he is twice as dear as Lakṣmaṇa, for the servant who has no other refuge is dearest to him. हनुमान कहते हैं कि मुझमें बहुत दोष हैं, फिर भी स्वामी को अपना सेवक नहीं भूलना चाहिए; सब जीव प्रभु की माया में बँधे हैं और उनकी कृपा से ही पार होते हैं। वे प्रभु पर वैसे ही भरोसा रखते हैं जैसे बच्चा माता-पिता पर। वे चरणों में गिर पड़ते हैं और अपना असली रूप प्रकट करते हैं; राम उन्हें उठाकर हृदय से लगा लेते हैं। राम कहते हैं कि तुम मुझे लक्ष्मण से दुगुने प्रिय हो, क्योंकि जिस सेवक का और कोई सहारा नहीं, वही मुझे सबसे प्रिय है।

Saying this he fell at the Lord's feet in his distress. Love filled his heart and he showed his own true form. Then Raghupati lifted him up, held him to his chest, and cooled him with the tears of his own eyes.

Hanumān gave up the brahmin's disguise and showed his own form.

४4 सुनु कपि जियँ मानसि जनि ऊना। तैं मम प्रिय लछिमन ते दूना ॥ समदरसी मोहि कह सब कोऊ। सेवक प्रिय अनन्यगति सोऊ ॥
