What should be done when enemies are acting against a coming marriage?
A listener says his brother's marriage is about to take place but that enemy folk are pressing hard, and asks for some totkas. He answers: in Gupt Navratri, have the samput paath of the Durga Saptashati done at some temple by a good Durga-pathi Brahman — for the stambhan of enemies.
How much purashcharana of the Kamakhya Kavach is prescribed?
Let Chandika be manifest within you at that time, he says. Do so much purashcharana of the Kamakhya Kavach, so much purashcharana, that the presence of the ten Mahavidyas which is in your body in a subtle form should be complete. On the day some mleccha stands with the intention of doing you harm, let Chandika manifest within you that same instant — let him tremble on seeing you, let him be stambhit on seeing you.
The Bagla Pratyangira paath is written to give the capacity to stambhit even the wind
It is written in Bagla Pratyangira, he says, that one who performs its paath obtains the capacity to stambhit even the wind. But if you set about doing it straight away there will be trouble — which is why, he says, he tells people to become fit to that level first, and then the devi-devatas will themselves make a way.
How does the enemy learn what you are afraid of?
Whatever things you fear here, the speaker says, all that information goes across; whoever has made the prayoga is the one to whom it is carried, that this person is becoming frightened of that person, that he has fear of this thing. And making that very thing into a pawn, they increase those things a great deal in your life.
Does bandhan only mean tying something up?
No. The speaker says the meaning of bandhan is not only and only to tie something. To tie here means directly stambhan — to be made stambhit, brought to a standstill.
Stambhan's root capacity in the world belongs to Bhagavati Pitambara
The speaker says the capacity to perform stambhan belongs, in the most fundamental power in the world, to Bhagavati Pitambara. Listeners are not unfamiliar with the word bandhan, he says, but the whole vidhi vidhan and system behind it is what needs setting out.
All subordinate powers draw their capacity to bind from the Mahavidya
The speaker describes Bhagavati's tattva as a powerful gathered mass of stambhan shakti, by whose capacity everything stays stambhit and halted in its place. All the other subordinate powers obtain their capacity from this Mahavidya and only then complete work connected with stambhan.
Brihaspati keeps the earth balanced by Pitambara's own stambhan and nigraha shakti
The speaker says the balance by which we do not fall when we stand, and the balance of the earth itself, rests on this. Bhagavan Brihaspati, revolving on his axis and circling through the whole brahmanda, keeps the earth balanced and has the capacity to destroy any celestial object or meteorite heading for the earth before it reaches its aura — and he is endowed with that very stambhan mahashakti and nigraha shakti of Bhagavati Pitambara.
The same stambhan energy is present whether the shakti is used negatively or positively
Yes. The speaker says that whether someone attempts to use these shaktis negatively or positively, this energy is fundamentally present in it regardless.
As asuras grow powerful by Shiva's boon, every stambhani process carries this tattva whatever its root form
The speaker offers the analogy that asuras too become powerful by obtaining a boon from Bhagavan Shiva, and then attempt to attain Indratva or seize it. In exactly the same way, this tattva is present in every kind of stambhani and bandhan process, whether Bhagavati's root form there is one of the Dasha Mahavidyas or some other.
How is a business establishment bound in practice?
The speaker says merely becoming bound does not by itself do the work. Taking a business establishment as the example: when a tantric kriya connected with bandhan is done there, the first thing is that whatever customers used to come, on account of whom the source of income existed, will have been stopped.
Standing on the chaukhat, the operator swears the establishment's supporting deities to a standstill
Standing at the establishment's chaukhat, placing a foot there, and through the processes he runs with his awakened mantras and deities, the operator will somewhere or other administer an oath to the deities of that place — and to all the gods and goddesses who support its owner and grant Lakshmi and capacity — that they become stambhit, that they stop.
Where Shri departs, the people there lose Shri and kanti too, and their attraction leaves their face
The speaker says that when a place becomes Shri-less — whether by a tantric process or by some fault of one's own — the people present there also become devoid of Shri and radiance. The attraction capacity within the owner sitting on the gaddi and those working there also becomes stambhit and departs from the aura mandala of their body and face.
When is kokh bandhan most often done?
After the tantric bandhan laid on a household comes kokh bandhan, done for the sake of the continuation of the line — making the womb itself stambhit. The prayoga used most in this, the speaker says, people do at the very time of the marriage. They do it on unmarried girls too, and they do it at the time of the marriage; that is why it is said that the bride and groom should stay very alert.
A girl bound in this way holds no pregnancy after marriage, and the same binding is laid again inside the wedding mandap
The speaker says that later on such a difficulty will arise for her that after marriage no pregnancy will hold at all. And after that, at the time of the marriage, in the wedding mandap, through the whole marriage process from beginning to end, there are also many such vidhans in this ashuddha tantra by which the girl's garbha is made stambhit, is bound.
What is bandhan of the intellect?
The speaker says there is a vidya of binding and making stambhit the mastishka, the viveka and the buddhi, by which a person becomes deranged. That too, he says, is in itself an uchchatani prayoga, of a high order: the person's intellect becomes so disturbed that he cannot concentrate in the least, cannot become steady at all — so what will he think with?
What is the greatest mark of Bhagavati Tara's swaroop?
Every swaroop Bhagavati has taken has its own greatness, he says, and none can ever be called greater or lesser. The greatest greatness of this swaroop is that when Bhagavan Mahadev drank the poison and began to become unbalanced, Bhagavati took the swaroop of Tara and, taking Mahadev in the form of a child, gave him milk from her breast. Here she became the mother-swaroop of Mahadev, and on that account the halahal poison came to be situated in his throat — she it was who made it stambhita in the throat.
Baglamukhi grants stambhana — the power to immobilize an enemy or a negative force, outer or inner.
Baglamukhi grants the boon of stambhana — immobilization or paralysis of an enemy or negative force, external or internal — and her widely used mantra is said to be powerful enough that, per texts, advanced siddha upasakas could even halt natural processes when needed.
Why did Shri Krishna need that Mahavidya at Kurukshetra?
In the whole Mahabharat period, he says, when Krishna made time itself stambhit — so that only he was speaking and only he was hearing — and when he made the time and the place of the field of Kurukshetra stambhit, the need for that shakti, that Mahavidya, arose there.
Which shakti presides over which function?
When Maha Narayan, Maha Vishnu, is producing the srishti in this manner, he says, then whichever department has been made for a given purpose, that shakti will remain the head of that department. If a matter of stambhan arises, and if Bhagavati Parabrahma Parameshwari established a form of herself in order to control the entire universe by the power of some energy, then the purpose is that for every task from the smallest to the greatest you should meditate especially on that form.
Bhagavan takes the shelter of Bhagavati Pitambara precisely because that form is the shakti of stambhan
That form of the Mother, he says, is Bhagavati Pitambara — and it is for exactly this purpose that Bhagavan takes the shelter of that form.
From what does the stability of Brihaspati's axis come?
Over those twelve years, revolving on its own axis and revolving around the Sun as centre, the radius that has been formed, the speed and the distance and the axis on which it turns while remaining steady — the samarthya that makes it steady, he says, is from Bhagavati Pitambara. The centre is hers, the stability is hers, and the axis they maintain is maintained by her shakti.
Why does Brihaspati draw celestial disturbances to himself?
The most energy-laden shakti of Bhagavati Pitambara, he says, is in Bhagavan Brihaspati Dev. Because of that shakti, that stambhan shakti, Brihaspati attracts to himself whatever celestial disturbances would come upon the earth — he pulls them in and makes them stambhit.
Which mantras are the prayogik shatkarma ones?
Apart from the beej mantras of gods and goddesses there are beej mantras belonging to the shatkarma. He gives the Panchmukhi Hanuman kavach as the example: an independent mantra comes in it which is also recited separately, and inside the kavach itself there is a mantra in which, for maran prayoga against an enemy, beejas such as khem khem are used, and for stambhan the word stambh stambh followed by thah thah.
How do such mantras reach ordinary people?
Through the many tantric forms of Mahadev such as Bhuteshwar, whose mantras people use independently. Someone circulates it as: for vashikaran do this prayoga, if enemies are troubling you a great deal do this one; here is the mantra, with such and such beejas in it; do so many japa of it on a black hakik mala at eleven or twelve at night and the enemy will be stambhit. And the person does it without knowing or hearing anything further.
What is the consequence when the japak already has lakhs of japa behind him?
If we have already done lakhs upon lakhs of japa, the speaker says, then that person's misfortune will begin from the very first day. For example, suppose that man's wife is pregnant: there will be roughly a ninety-nine percent chance that she will miscarry. Because here the mantra is siddha, the enemy became stambhit, and fifty kinds of dosha attached. But the one who was doing the mantra japa will not be spared either — he too will be defiled.
By what strength did Hanuman crush Ahiravan and Mahiravan?
Do you know today, the speaker asks, that the boon Ahiravan and Mahiravan had received was such that even Brahma was under their control? And yet Hanuman ji keeps such Ahiravan and Mahiravan trampled beneath his feet — by the strength of what capacity? What shakti's capacity was that? How did Bhagavati Tara become stambhit before him — that Tara who is that form of Jagadamba which pacified even the fury of Bhagavan Shiva's poison?
Why the Baglamukhi anushthan struck both perpetrators with vak stambhan
The speaker says the matter did not end with the family's recovery: both the man who entered the house and the one who had it done lost their speech — their throats swelled, a nerve was pressed and the vocal cords inflamed — exactly as Bhagavati Bagla's dhyan describes her seizing the enemy's tongue with the left hand and striking with the mudgar in the right. He explains why: as the family did their daily bali vidhan to cut the kriya, the tantrik would learn of it and counter with his own vidya — Bhagatwal things, as far as he knows Jwalapanthi practices of the kind connected with the great masan people call "Badshah", whose name he will not take — used negatively; however great such a thing is, it is negative and wrongly used, and as he kept reversing the kriya, Bhagavati controlled matters on this side while his own tongue would not move. The identical affliction of both men later confirmed that the "friend" the office colleague had recommended was the tantrik himself.
How the punishment came: the enemy family's own cow injures all thirteen men, and the land is reclaimed
The speaker says that on the third day of the third sadhana, Bhagavati's grace moved. The dabang family, a big joint household with thirteen men, had a cow that strayed at night into another ordinary man's field and was hit with a lathi. Three or four of the family went to fight him; before they could surround him he grew angry, struck one with a lathi below the shoulder and broke his arm. As the other three moved to beat him, the family's own desi cow came loose from its peg, no one knows how, and threw and trampled all three, breaking arms and heads. When the rest of the thirteen came out to finish the fight, that one cow overpowered them all, and not one man of the thirteen was left without a broken arm or leg; all went to hospital, and, as the speaker says, whom would one file a case against, a cow? The farmer's family then took heart, tore out the encroachment and set their land right, saying let us see what they can do now.
How Baglamukhi pacifies enemies: fear, stambhan of the mind and collective vikshobh, without anyone having to die
The speaker says that after the cow incident a fear settled in the minds of the whole enemy family: even those only lightly hurt were struck in their self-respect and could not speak, and for some days fell completely silent. Jagdamba, he says, pacified them entirely, the medium merely being someone else; the farmer completed his third sadhana, and to this day those people fear such acts, their dabangai has nearly stopped and they think before speaking harshly. It is not necessary, he says, that an enemy lose his life; here she stopped the movement of their minds, planted a permanent fear so that their bones will shake whenever they see a cow, a phobia and a kind of mental depression, and this too is her grace: producing stambhan and vikshobh in the enemy. Because the farmer's Sankalpa was not about one person but collective, the whole group was shaken; the vidhan of a collective sankalp he says he will discuss another day. At last report, the enemies had gone completely quiet.
Baglamukhi controls prakriti itself, not only speech: the speaker's lesson from the cow case
The speaker says Bhagavati Bagla does not only stambhit a person's speech; it is said that by her shakti's grace a mountain can be set moving and a cloud can be halted, a pauper can become a king, the mute can speak and the very talkative can be made mute, and he says that is what was happening in the cow incident. He says a sadhak's life holds many events and experiences that are unbelievable, and an ordinary person will not accept such a thing until he sees it with his own eyes, but in the field of tantra, and especially of Mahavidya Bagla, she does exactly what an ordinary human cannot conceive. For a month and a half, two months, three months the farmer had no experience and not a leaf of his enemies stirred; an ordinary person would have given up, but when he took up the sadhana a third time and did it fully by vidhi-vidhan, Jagdamba who is present as prakriti controlled the matter. The message, he says, is that her control is in every place, and he hopes listeners will do their sadhana with more faith and firmness and never step back.
How is the Bel fruit used in a Havan?
The pulp is scooped from the Bel fruit, the Shriphal, and mixed with honey and Mishri sugar and pure ghee; Ahuti given with that is a Havan for the obtaining of Lakshmi. The same substance is used for Akarshan in the Shatkarma; adding mustard to it makes it a Stambhan of an enemy.
