Akshobhya Bhairava is the consort/Bhairava associated with Devi Tara Mahavidya, representing the unshakeable, undisturbed aspect of Lord Shiva — prominent shrines exist at Tarapith (Rampurhat), the Tibet/China border, and in Bihar.
It is an amrit kaal either way — to make a revenge bear fruit, or to quell it — Tara's form and her Bhairav both being called Akshobhya.
