रुद्रसंहिता — युद्धखण्डअथ एकादशोऽध्यायः
Vyāsa calls Sanatkumāra blessed and excellent among devotees of Śiva, and asks what the gods did once Tripura had been entirely burnt — where the unburnt Maya went, and where the ascetics went — asking Sanatkumāra to relate whatever else belongs to the story of Śambhu. Sūta reports that, hearing this, Sanatkumāra, remembering Śiva's feet, began to speak. Sanatkumāra resumes the tale: at Maheśvara's having burnt the whole of demon-thronged Tripura, the gods, headed by Indra and Upendra (Viṣṇu), were struck with wonder and, seeing the immensely radiant Rudra, said nothing at all, overcome with awe. Beholding him in his most terrifying and fearsome form, blazing in the ten directions, resembling a crore of suns, like the fire of universal dissolution — and beholding the goddess, the daughter of the Himālaya, beside him — all the gods, headed by the chief deities, trembled in fear and stood with bowed heads; the foremost sages likewise, seeing the divine host afraid, said nothing and stood on every side with hands folded in homage. Brahmā too, though frightened at the sight of Śaṅkara's form, composed himself and, his heart filled with joy, began to praise him together with the gods, and the fearful Viṣṇu joined in praising the god of gods, Bhava, Hara, the foe of the triple city, accompanied by the mountain-born goddess, Maheśvara who is ever subject to his devotees. Brahmā's hymn addresses Śiva as the bestower of grace upon devotees and of benefit to all the gods, entreats him again and again to be gracious, and offers homage to Oṃkāra, to the one beyond form who ferries souls across, to the god known by many names, to the one without qualities who is beyond both nature and spirit, to the changeless, eternal, ever-satisfied, radiant, stainless, divine one composed of the three guṇas, to the one with qualities, lord of heaven, the ever-auspicious, peaceful, great lord who bears the Pināka bow, the all-knowing giver of refuge, and to the five faces — Sadyojāta, Vāmadeva, Rudra, Āpyapuruṣa, and Aghora, easy of approach and subject to his devotees — and to Īśāna, the most excellent, the bestower of bliss upon devotees — begging him to protect the frightened gods, now that all of them have been made fulfilled through the burning of Tripura. Having thus praised him with individual homage, Brahmā and the other gods, deeply pleased, then fall silent; Brahmā himself, bowing with folded hands and bent shoulders, praises Śiva a second time, this time asking for unfailing devotion to him and for Śiva's constant favor as his charioteer and guide. Sanatkumāra notes that the great-hearted Brahmā, having spoken thus, fell silent still bowing with folded hands; Janārdana (Viṣṇu) then does homage to Maheśvara and, with joined palms, praises him in turn, offering homage to Śiva as formless and as possessing form, as nature and as spirit, as qualified by the guṇas and yet as the soul of the universe, as dear to devotion, peaceful, the supreme self, as Sadāśiva and Rudra, lord of the worlds — and asks that his devotion to Śiva grow ever firmer from that day. This noblest of Śaiva devotees then falls silent, and all the gods together bow and address the supreme lord as god of gods, ever compassionate, entreating him to be gracious and to accept their joyful homage, and asking that their firm and unfailing devotion to him remain forever constant. Thus praised by Brahmā, Hari, and the gods, the pleased and benevolent Śaṅkara, benefactor of the world, replies, addressing Brahmā and Hari and all the gods as especially pleased with them, and bids them state without hesitation whatever boon their hearts desire. Hearing this, all the gods, their inmost selves gladdened, answer together: since he is pleased and willing to grant a boon, let him — knowing them to be his own servants — grant this: that whenever sorrow should befall the gods, he himself will become manifest and forever dispel that sorrow. Thus entreated by Brahmā, Hari, and the gods, the joyful lord Rudra declares as one, "So be it, without end" — that he is pleased by these very hymns of praise, and that he will surely and forever grant whatever is most desired in the world to those who recite or hear them. Having said this, Śaṅkara, ever the remover of the gods' sorrow, delighted, granted them all that was dear to every god. व्यासजी सनत्कुमारजीको धन्य तथा शैवभक्तोंमें श्रेष्ठ कहते हुए पूछते हैं कि त्रिपुरके सम्पूर्ण रूपसे जल जानेपर देवताओंने क्या किया, अदग्ध मय कहाँ गया, यतिगण कहाँ गये, तथा शिवजीकी कथासे सम्बन्धित अन्य जो कुछ हो, वह सब बतायें। सूतजी कहते हैं कि व्यासजीका यह वचन सुनकर सनत्कुमारजी शिवके चरणयुगलका स्मरण करते हुए कहने लगे। सनत्कुमारजी आगेकी कथा सुनाते हैं — महेश्वरके द्वारा दैत्योंसे भरे सम्पूर्ण त्रिपुरके दग्ध हो जानेपर इन्द्र-उपेन्द्र आदि सभी देवता आश्चर्यचकित हो गये और अत्यन्त तेजस्वी रुद्रको देखकर भयभीत होकर कुछ भी नहीं बोले। दसों दिशाओंमें प्रज्वलित, करोड़ों सूर्योंके समान तथा प्रलयाग्निके सदृश उस अत्यन्त भयंकर रौद्ररूपको तथा साथमें हिमालयपुत्री देवी पार्वतीको देखकर सभी प्रमुख देवता भयसे व्याप्त होकर सिर झुकाये खड़े रहे; श्रेष्ठ ऋषिगण भी देवसेनाको भयभीत देखकर कुछ न बोले और चारों ओर प्रणाम करते हुए खड़े रहे। तब ब्रह्माजी भी शंकरजीके रूपको देखकर भयभीत हुए, परन्तु स्वस्थचित्त होकर प्रसन्नहृदयसे देवताओंके साथ उनकी स्तुति करने लगे, और भयभीत विष्णुजी भी पार्वतीसहित, भक्ताधीन, त्रिपुरारि देवदेव भव हरकी स्तुतिमें सम्मिलित हुए। ब्रह्माजी अपनी स्तुतिमें शिवजीको भक्तानुग्रहकारक तथा सर्वदेवहितप्रद कहते हुए बार-बार प्रसन्न होनेकी प्रार्थना करते हैं और ओंकारको, आकारसे परे तारनेवालेको, नाना नामोंसे वाच्य देवको, प्रकृति तथा पुरुषसे परे निर्गुणको, निर्विकार-नित्य-नित्यतृप्त-भास्वत्-निरञ्जन-दिव्य-त्रिगुणस्वरूपको, सगुणको, स्वर्गके ईश सदाशिव-शान्त-महेश-पिनाकधारीको, सर्वज्ञ-शरण्य पाँचों मुखों — सद्योजात, वामदेव, रुद्र, आप्यपुरुष तथा सुसेव्य एवं भक्ताधीन अघोर — तथा भक्तोंको आनन्द देनेवाले श्रेष्ठ ईशानको नमस्कार करते हैं, और त्रिपुरदाहसे कृतार्थ हुए भयभीत देवताओंकी रक्षाकी प्रार्थना करते हैं। इस प्रकार पृथक्-पृथक् नमस्कार करके अत्यन्त प्रसन्न ब्रह्मादि देवता चुप हो जाते हैं; तत्पश्चात् ब्रह्माजी स्वयं सिर झुकाकर हाथ जोड़कर पुनः त्रिपुरारि महेश्वरकी स्तुति करते हैं और अपनी अविनाशी भक्ति तथा शिवजीके सदा अनुकूल सारथी बने रहनेकी प्रार्थना करते हैं। इसके पश्चात् उदारबुद्धि ब्रह्माजी चुप हो जाते हैं, और भगवान् विष्णु भी महेश्वरको प्रणाम करके हाथ जोड़े हुए उनकी स्तुति करते हैं — निर्गुण एवं सगुण, प्रकृतिरूप एवं पुरुषरूप, गुणस्वरूप होते हुए भी विश्वात्मा, भक्तप्रिय-शान्त-परमात्मा शिव तथा जगत्पति सदाशिव-रुद्रको नमस्कार करते हुए वे अपनी भक्तिके उसी दिनसे दृढ़ होते जानेकी कामना करते हैं। इस प्रकार शैवभक्तोंमें श्रेष्ठ विष्णुजी भी चुप हो जाते हैं, और सभी देवता मिलकर प्रणाम करके करुणाकर देवनाथ शंकरसे प्रसन्न होनेकी तथा उनके प्रति अपनी दृढ़ एवं अविनाशी भक्ति सदा बने रहनेकी प्रार्थना करते हैं। ब्रह्मा, हरि तथा देवताओंसे इस प्रकार स्तुत होकर प्रसन्नचित्त लोककल्याणकारी शंकरजी उत्तर देते हैं — वे विशेषरूपसे प्रसन्न हैं और सभी देवताओंसे भलीभाँति विचारकर अपने मनचाहे वरका वर्णन करनेको कहते हैं। यह सुनकर प्रसन्नमन सभी देवता एकसाथ उत्तर देते हैं कि यदि भगवान् प्रसन्न हैं और वर देना ही चाहते हैं, तो उन्हें अपना दास जानकर यह वर दें कि जब-जब देवताओंपर दुःख आये, तब-तब वे स्वयं प्रकट होकर सदा उस दुःखका नाश करें। ब्रह्मा, हरि तथा देवताओंकी इस प्रार्थनापर प्रसन्नचित्त भगवान् रुद्र एक साथ कहते हैं — "ऐसा ही निरन्तर हो" — वे इन्हीं स्तवोंसे प्रसन्न हैं और जो कोई इन्हें पढ़ेगा या सुनेगा, उसे वे सदा उसकी परम अभीष्ट वस्तु निश्चित रूपसे प्रदान करेंगे। ऐसा कहकर देवताओंके दुःखको सदा हरनेवाले प्रसन्न शंकरजीने सभी देवताओंको जो कुछ भी प्रिय था, वह सब प्रदान कर दिया।
१ ब्रह्मपुत्र महाप्राज्ञ धन्यस्त्वं शैवसत्तम । किमकार्षुस्ततो देवा दग्धे च त्रिपुरेऽखिलाः ॥ १
brahmaputra mahāprājña dhanyastvaṃ śaivasattama | kimakārṣustato devā dagdhe ca tripure'khilāḥ 1 ||
व्यासजी बोले — हे ब्रह्मपुत्र! हे महाप्राज्ञ! हे शैवश्रेष्ठ! आप धन्य हैं। त्रिपुरके सम्पूर्ण रूपसे जल जानेपर सभी देवताओंने तब क्या किया?
[Vyāsa said:] "O son of Brahmā, O greatly wise one, blessed are you, best of Śiva's devotees — what did the gods do, all of them, once Tripura had been entirely burnt?"
ब्रह्मपुत्र महाप्राज्ञ (brahmaputra mahāprājña) — "O son of Brahmā, O greatly wise one,धन्यस्त्वं शैवसत्तम (dhanyastvaṃ śaivasattama) — blessed are you, O best of Śaiva devotees;किमकार्षुस्ततो देवा (kimakārṣustato devā) — what did the gods then do,दग्धे च त्रिपुरेऽखिलाः (dagdhe ca tripure'khilāḥ) — once Tripura had been wholly burnt?"
२ मयः कुत्र गतोऽदग्धो यतयः कुत्र ते गताः । तत्सर्वं मे समाचक्ष्व यदि शम्भुकथाश्रयम् ॥ २
mayaḥ kutra gato'dagdho yatayaḥ kutra te gatāḥ | tatsarvaṃ me samācakṣva yadi śambhukathāśrayam 2 ||
"अदग्ध मय कहाँ गया, वे यतिगण कहाँ गये? शिवजीकी कथासे सम्बन्धित जो कुछ भी हो, वह सब मुझे बताइये।"
"Where did the unburnt Maya go, and where did those ascetics go? Relate all of that to me — whatever else belongs to the story of Śambhu."
मयः कुत्र गतोऽदग्धो (mayaḥ kutra gato'dagdho) — "where did the unburnt Maya go,यतयः कुत्र ते गताः (yatayaḥ kutra te gatāḥ) — and where did those ascetics go?तत्सर्वं मे समाचक्ष्व (tatsarvaṃ me samācakṣva) — relate all of that to me,यदि शम्भुकथाश्रयम् (yadi śambhukathāśrayam) — whatever else belongs to the story of Śambhu"
३ व्यासवाक्यं समाकर्ण्य भगवान्भवकृत्सुतः । सनत्कुमारः प्रोवाच शिवपादयुगं स्मरन् ॥ ३
vyāsavākyaṃ samākarṇya bhagavānbhavakṛtsutaḥ | sanatkumāraḥ provāca śivapādayugaṃ smaran 3 ||
सूतजी बोले — व्यासजीके इस वचनको सुनकर, ब्रह्माजीके पुत्र भगवान् सनत्कुमार शिवजीके चरणयुगलका स्मरण करते हुए कहने लगे।
[Sūta said:] Having heard Vyāsa's words, the illustrious Sanatkumāra, son of Brahmā the maker of existence, began to speak, remembering Śiva's two feet.
व्यासवाक्यं समाकर्ण्य (vyāsavākyaṃ samākarṇya) — "having heard Vyāsa's words,भगवान्भवकृत्सुतः (bhagavānbhavakṛtsutaḥ) — the illustrious son of Brahmā, the maker of existence,सनत्कुमारः प्रोवाच (sanatkumāraḥ provāca) — Sanatkumāra began to speak,शिवपादयुगं स्मरन् (śivapādayugaṃ smaran) — remembering the pair of Śiva's feet"
४ शृणु व्यास महाबुद्धे पाराशर्य्य महेशितुः । चरितं सर्वपापघ्नं लोकलीलानुसारिणः ॥ ४
śṛṇu vyāsa mahābuddhe pārāśaryya maheśituḥ | caritaṃ sarvapāpaghnaṃ lokalīlānusāriṇaḥ 4 ||
सनत्कुमारजी बोले — हे महाबुद्धे व्यास! हे पराशरपुत्र! अब लोकलीलाका अनुसरण करनेवाले महेश्वरके सर्वपापनाशक चरित्रको सुनिये।
[Sanatkumāra said:] "Listen, O Vyāsa of great intellect, O son of Parāśara, to the sin-destroying story of the great lord, who conforms his play to the world."
शृणु व्यास महाबुद्धे (śṛṇu vyāsa mahābuddhe) — "listen, O Vyāsa of great intellect,पाराशर्य्य महेशितुः (pārāśaryya maheśituḥ) — O son of Parāśara, to the great lord'sचरितं सर्वपापघ्नं (caritaṃ sarvapāpaghnaṃ) — story that destroys every sin,लोकलीलानुसारिणः (lokalīlānusāriṇaḥ) — of him who follows the play of the world"
५ महेश्वरेण सर्वस्मिंस्त्रिपुरे दैत्यसङ्कुले । दग्धे विशेषतस्तत्र विस्मितास्तेऽभवन्सुराः ॥ ५
maheśvareṇa sarvasmiṃstripure daityasaṅkule | dagdhe viśeṣatastatra vismitāste'bhavansurāḥ 5 ||
"महेश्वरके द्वारा दैत्योंसे परिपूर्ण समस्त त्रिपुरके दग्ध कर दिये जानेपर वे देवता विशेष रूपसे आश्चर्यचकित हुए।"
"When the whole of demon-thronged Tripura had been burnt by Maheśvara, the gods there were struck with great wonder."
महेश्वरेण सर्वस्मिंस् (maheśvareṇa sarvasmiṃs) — "by Maheśvara, when the wholeत्रिपुरे दैत्यसङ्कुले (tripure daityasaṅkule) — demon-thronged Tripuraदग्धे विशेषतस्तत्र (dagdhe viśeṣatastatra) — had been burnt, there especiallyविस्मितास्तेऽभवन्सुराः (vismitāste'bhavansurāḥ) — the gods became filled with wonder"
६ न किञ्चिदब्रुवन्देवाः सेन्द्रोपेन्द्रादयस्तदा । महातेजस्विनं रुद्रं सर्वे वीक्ष्य ससम्भ्रमाः ॥ ६
na kiñcidabruvandevāḥ sendropendrādayastadā | mahātejasvinaṃ rudraṃ sarve vīkṣya sasambhramāḥ 6 ||
"उस समय इन्द्र, उपेन्द्र (विष्णु) आदि सभी देवता महातेजस्वी रुद्रको देखकर विस्मित होकर कुछ भी नहीं बोले।"
"The gods, headed by Indra and Upendra, said nothing at all then, all of them overcome with awe at the sight of the immensely radiant Rudra."
न किञ्चिदब्रुवन्देवाः (na kiñcidabruvandevāḥ) — "the gods said nothing at all,सेन्द्रोपेन्द्रादयस्तदा (sendropendrādayastadā) — headed by Indra and Upendra, then,महातेजस्विनं रुद्रं (mahātejasvinaṃ rudraṃ) — seeing the immensely radiant Rudra,सर्वे वीक्ष्य ससम्भ्रमाः (sarve vīkṣya sasambhramāḥ) — all of them overcome with awe"
७ महाभयङ्करं रौद्रं प्रज्वलन्तं दिशो दश । कोटिसूर्यप्रतीकाशं प्रलयानलसन्निभम् ॥ ७
mahābhayaṅkaraṃ raudraṃ prajvalantaṃ diśo daśa | koṭisūryapratīkāśaṃ pralayānalasannibham 7 ||
"अत्यन्त भयंकर, रौद्ररूप, दसों दिशाओंको प्रज्वलित करते हुए, करोड़ों सूर्योंके समान तथा प्रलयाग्निके सदृश उस रूपको देखकर —"
"[They beheld him] most terrifying and fearsome, blazing through the ten directions, resembling a crore of suns, like the fire of universal dissolution —"
महाभयङ्करं रौद्रं (mahābhayaṅkaraṃ raudraṃ) — "[beholding him] most terrifying, fearsome,प्रज्वलन्तं दिशो दश (prajvalantaṃ diśo daśa) — blazing through the ten directions,कोटिसूर्यप्रतीकाशं (koṭisūryapratīkāśaṃ) — resembling a crore of suns,प्रलयानलसन्निभम् (pralayānalasannibham) — like unto the fire of universal dissolution"
८ भयाद्देवं निरीक्ष्यैव देवीं च हिमवत्सुताम् । बिभ्यिरे निखिला देवप्रमुखास्तस्थुरानताः ॥ ८
bhayāddevaṃ nirīkṣyaiva devīṃ ca himavatsutām | bibhyire nikhilā devapramukhāstasthurānatāḥ 8 ||
"भयसे महादेवको तथा हिमालयपुत्री देवी पार्वतीको देखकर सभी प्रमुख देवगण भयभीत हो गये और सिर झुकाकर खड़े हो गये।"
"— having beheld the god, and beside him the goddess, daughter of the Himālaya, all the gods, headed by the chief deities, trembled in fear and stood with bowed heads."
भयाद्देवं निरीक्ष्यैव (bhayāddevaṃ nirīkṣyaiva) — "— having beheld the god in fear,देवीं च हिमवत्सुताम् (devīṃ ca himavatsutām) — and the goddess, the daughter of Himavat,बिभ्यिरे निखिला देव (bibhyire nikhilā deva) — all the gods, headed byप्रमुखास्तस्थुरानताः (pramukhāstasthurānatāḥ) — the chief deities, trembled and stood bowed"
९ दृष्ट्वानीकं तदा भीतं देवानामृषिपुङ्गवाः । न किञ्चिदूचुः सन्तस्थुः प्रणेमुस्ते समन्ततः ॥ ९
dṛṣṭvānīkaṃ tadā bhītaṃ devānāmṛṣipuṅgavāḥ | na kiñcidūcuḥ santasthuḥ praṇemuste samantataḥ 9 ||
"देवोंकी उस भयभीत सेनाको देखकर श्रेष्ठ ऋषिगण भी कुछ न बोले, चुपचाप खड़े रहे और चारों ओर प्रणाम करते रहे।"
"Seeing the host of gods thus afraid, the foremost sages likewise said nothing and stood still, bowing down on every side."
दृष्ट्वानीकं तदा भीतं (dṛṣṭvānīkaṃ tadā bhītaṃ) — "seeing the host of gods then afraid,देवानामृषिपुङ्गवाः (devānāmṛṣipuṅgavāḥ) — the foremost sages,न किञ्चिदूचुः सन्तस्थुः (na kiñcidūcuḥ santasthuḥ) — said nothing and stood still,प्रणेमुस्ते समन्ततः (praṇemuste samantataḥ) — and bowed down on every side"
१० अथ ब्रह्मापि सम्भीतो दृष्ट्वा रूपं च शाङ्करम् । तुष्टाव तुष्टहृदयो देवैः सह समाहितः ॥ १०
atha brahmāpi sambhīto dṛṣṭvā rūpaṃ ca śāṅkaram | tuṣṭāva tuṣṭahṛdayo devaiḥ saha samāhitaḥ 10 ||
"तब शंकरजीके उस रूपको देखकर भयभीत हुए ब्रह्माजी भी स्वस्थचित्त होकर, प्रसन्नहृदयसे देवताओंके साथ उनकी स्तुति करने लगे —"
"Then Brahmā too, though frightened at the sight of Śaṅkara's form, composed himself and, his heart made glad, began to praise him together with the gods —"
अथ ब्रह्मापि सम्भीतो (atha brahmāpi sambhīto) — "then Brahmā too, though frightened,दृष्ट्वा रूपं च शाङ्करम् (dṛṣṭvā rūpaṃ ca śāṅkaram) — having seen Śaṅkara's form,तुष्टाव तुष्टहृदयो (tuṣṭāva tuṣṭahṛdayo) — praised him, his heart made glad,देवैः सह समाहितः (devaiḥ saha samāhitaḥ) — composed, together with the gods"
११ विष्णुना च सभीतेन देवदेवं भवं हरम् । त्रिपुरारिं सगिरिजं भक्ताधीनं महेश्वरम् ॥ ११
viṣṇunā ca sabhītena devadevaṃ bhavaṃ haram | tripurāriṃ sagirijaṃ bhaktādhīnaṃ maheśvaram 11 ||
"और भयभीत विष्णुजीके साथ भी, पार्वतीसहित, भक्ताधीन, त्रिपुरारि देवदेव भव हर महेश्वरकी स्तुति करने लगे।"
"— and, along with the fearful Viṣṇu, [praised] the god of gods, Bhava, Hara, the foe of Tripura, accompanied by the mountain-born goddess, Maheśvara who is ever subject to his devotees."
विष्णुना च सभीतेन (viṣṇunā ca sabhītena) — "— and, together with the fearful Viṣṇu,देवदेवं भवं हरम् (devadevaṃ bhavaṃ haram) — [praised] the god of gods, Bhava, Hara,त्रिपुरारिं सगिरिजं (tripurāriṃ sagirijaṃ) — the foe of Tripura, with the mountain-born goddess,भक्ताधीनं महेश्वरम् (bhaktādhīnaṃ maheśvaram) — Maheśvara, who is ever subject to his devotees"
१२ देवदेव महादेव भक्तानुग्रहकारक । प्रसीद परमेशान सर्वदेवहितप्रद ॥ १२
devadeva mahādeva bhaktānugrahakāraka | prasīda parameśāna sarvadevahitaprada 12 ||
ब्रह्माजी बोले — हे देवदेव! हे महादेव! हे भक्तानुग्रहकारक! हे परमेशान! हे सर्वदेवहितप्रद! प्रसन्न होइये।
[Brahmā said:] "O god of gods, great god, bestower of grace upon your devotees — be gracious, O supreme lord, giver of benefit to all the gods."
देवदेव महादेव (devadeva mahādeva) — "O god of gods, O great god,भक्तानुग्रहकारक (bhaktānugrahakāraka) — O bestower of grace upon your devotees,प्रसीद परमेशान (prasīda parameśāna) — be gracious, O supreme lord,सर्वदेवहितप्रद (sarvadevahitaprada) — O giver of benefit to all the gods"
१३ प्रसीद जगतां नाथ प्रसीदानन्ददायक । प्रसीद शङ्कर स्वामिन् प्रसीद परमेश्वर ॥ १३
prasīda jagatāṃ nātha prasīdānandadāyaka | prasīda śaṅkara svāmin prasīda parameśvara 13 ||
"हे जगत्पते! प्रसन्न होइये, हे आनन्ददायक! प्रसन्न होइये, हे शंकर! हे स्वामिन्! प्रसन्न होइये, हे परमेश्वर! प्रसन्न होइये।"
"Be gracious, O lord of the worlds; be gracious, O giver of bliss; be gracious, O Śaṅkara, O master; be gracious, O supreme lord."

Noteआकारपरतारक is a compound whose exact division is not certain from the text alone (possibly ākāra-para-tāraka, "the deliverer who is beyond [mere] form"); तारक here clearly means "deliverer," but the full compound resists a confident parse, so the translation follows the most natural literal reading.

NoteAmong the five traditional faces of Śiva (Sadyojāta, Vāmadeva, Aghora, Tatpuruṣa, Īśāna), this text names the fourth as आप्यपुरुष (Āpyapuruṣa, "the person of the waters") rather than the more usual तत्पुरुष (Tatpuruṣa). This is treated as the text's own variant rather than a transcription error, and rendered literally rather than silently corrected to the more familiar name.

२० रक्ष रक्ष महादेव भीतान्नः सकलामरान् । दग्ध्वा च त्रिपुरं सर्वे कृतार्था अमराः कृताः ॥ २०
rakṣa rakṣa mahādeva bhītānnaḥ sakalāmarān | dagdhvā ca tripuraṃ sarve kṛtārthā amarāḥ kṛtāḥ 20 ||
"हे महादेव! आप भयभीत हम सब देवताओंकी रक्षा कीजिये, रक्षा कीजिये। त्रिपुरको जलाकर आपने सभी देवताओंको कृतार्थ कर दिया है।"
"Protect, protect us, O great god, all your frightened immortals; having burnt Tripura, you have already made all the immortals fulfilled."
रक्ष रक्ष महादेव (rakṣa rakṣa mahādeva) — "protect, protect, O great god,भीतान्नः सकलामरान् (bhītānnaḥ sakalāmarān) — us, all the frightened immortals;दग्ध्वा च त्रिपुरं सर्वे (dagdhvā ca tripuraṃ sarve) — having burnt Tripura, allकृतार्था अमराः कृताः (kṛtārthā amarāḥ kṛtāḥ) — the immortals have been made fulfilled"
२१ स्तुत्वैवं देवताःसर्वे नमस्कारं पृथक्पृथक् । चक्रुस्ते परमप्रीता ब्रह्माद्यास्तु सदाशिवम् ॥ २१
stutvaivaṃ devatāḥsarve namaskāraṃ pṛthakpṛthak | cakruste paramaprītā brahmādyāstu sadāśivam 21 ||
इस प्रकार स्तुति करके ब्रह्मादि सभी देवता अत्यन्त प्रसन्न होकर सदाशिवको पृथक्-पृथक् नमस्कार करने लगे।
Having thus praised him, all the gods, headed by Brahmā, each offered individual homage to Sadāśiva, deeply pleased.

२२ अथ ब्रह्मा स्वयं देवं त्रिपुरारिं महेश्वरम् । तुष्टाव प्रणतो भूत्वा नतस्कन्धः कृताञ्जलिः ॥ २२
atha brahmā svayaṃ devaṃ tripurāriṃ maheśvaram | tuṣṭāva praṇato bhūtvā nataskandhaḥ kṛtāñjaliḥ 22 ||
इसके बाद ब्रह्माजी स्वयं सिर झुकाकर तथा हाथ जोड़कर त्रिपुरारि महेश्वरदेवकी पुनः स्तुति करने लगे।
Then Brahmā himself, having bowed down with bent shoulders and joined palms, praised the god, the foe of Tripura, the great lord.
अथ ब्रह्मा स्वयं देवं (atha brahmā svayaṃ devaṃ) — "then Brahmā himself, the godत्रिपुरारिं महेश्वरम् (tripurāriṃ maheśvaram) — the foe of Tripura, the great lord —तुष्टाव प्रणतो भूत्वा (tuṣṭāva praṇato bhūtvā) — praised him, having bowed down,नतस्कन्धः कृताञ्जलिः (nataskandhaḥ kṛtāñjaliḥ) — with bent shoulders and joined palms"
२३ भगवन्देवदेवेश त्रिपुरान्तक शङ्कर । त्वयि भक्तिः परा मेऽस्तु महादेवानपायिनी ॥ २३
bhagavandevadeveśa tripurāntaka śaṅkara | tvayi bhaktiḥ parā me'stu mahādevānapāyinī 23 ||
ब्रह्माजी बोले — हे भगवन्! हे देवदेवेश! हे त्रिपुरान्तक! हे शंकर! हे महादेव! आपमें मेरी परम अविनाशी भक्ति बनी रहे।
[Brahmā said:] "O lord, god of gods, ender of Tripura, Śaṅkara — O great god, may my supreme and unfailing devotion be fixed in you."
भगवन्देवदेवेश (bhagavandevadeveśa) — "O lord, O god of gods,त्रिपुरान्तक शङ्कर (tripurāntaka śaṅkara) — O ender of Tripura, O Śaṅkara,त्वयि भक्तिः परा मेऽस्तु (tvayi bhaktiḥ parā me'stu) — may my supreme devotion be in you,महादेवानपायिनी (mahādevānapāyinī) — O great god, unfailing devotion"
२४ सर्वदा मेऽस्तु सारथ्यं तव देवेश शङ्कर । अनुकूलो भव विभो सदा त्वं परमेश्वर ॥ २४
sarvadā me'stu sārathyaṃ tava deveśa śaṅkara | anukūlo bhava vibho sadā tvaṃ parameśvara 24 ||
"हे देवेश! हे शंकर! सदा मैं आपका सारथी बना रहूँ। हे विभो! हे परमेश्वर! आप सदा मेरे अनुकूल रहें।"
"May it be my part always to serve as your charioteer, O lord of the gods, Śaṅkara; be ever favorable to me, O all-pervading supreme lord."
सर्वदा मेऽस्तु सारथ्यं (sarvadā me'stu sārathyaṃ) — "may I be your charioteer always,तव देवेश शङ्कर (tava deveśa śaṅkara) — O lord of the gods, O Śaṅkara;अनुकूलो भव विभो (anukūlo bhava vibho) — be favorable, O all-pervading one,सदा त्वं परमेश्वर (sadā tvaṃ parameśvara) — always, O supreme lord"
२५ इति स्तुत्वा विधिः शम्भुं भक्तवत्सलमानतः । विरराम नतस्कन्धः कृताञ्जलिरुदारधीः ॥ २५
iti stutvā vidhiḥ śambhuṃ bhaktavatsalamānataḥ | virarāma nataskandhaḥ kṛtāñjalirudāradhīḥ 25 ||
सनत्कुमारजी बोले — इस प्रकार भक्तवत्सल शिवजीकी स्तुतिकर उदारबुद्धि ब्रह्माजी सिर झुकाये और हाथ जोड़े हुए विनम्र होकर चुप हो गये।
[Sanatkumāra said:] Having thus praised Śambhu, the great-hearted Brahmā, bowing to him who so loves his devotees, fell silent, with bent shoulders and joined palms.
इति स्तुत्वा विधिः शम्भुं (iti stutvā vidhiḥ śambhuṃ) — "having thus praised Śambhu, Brahmā,भक्तवत्सलमानतः (bhaktavatsalamānataḥ) — bowing to him who loves his devotees,विरराम नतस्कन्धः (virarāma nataskandhaḥ) — fell silent, with bent shoulders,कृताञ्जलिरुदारधीः (kṛtāñjalirudāradhīḥ) — joined palms, and a noble mind"
२६ जनार्दनोऽपि भगवान् नमस्कृत्य महेश्वरम् । कृताञ्जलिपुटो भूत्वा तुष्टाव च महेश्वरम् ॥ २६
janārdano'pi bhagavān namaskṛtya maheśvaram | kṛtāñjaliputo bhūtvā tuṣṭāva ca maheśvaram 26 ||
इसके बाद भगवान् जनार्दन (विष्णु) भी महेश्वरको प्रणाम करके तथा हाथ जोड़कर उनकी स्तुति करने लगे।
The illustrious Janārdana (Viṣṇu) too, having done homage to Maheśvara and joined his cupped palms, then praised Maheśvara.
जनार्दनोऽपि भगवान् (janārdano'pi bhagavān) — "the illustrious Janārdana too,नमस्कृत्य महेश्वरम् (namaskṛtya maheśvaram) — having done homage to Maheśvara,कृताञ्जलिपुटो भूत्वा (kṛtāñjaliputo bhūtvā) — and having joined his cupped palms,तुष्टाव च महेश्वरम् (tuṣṭāva ca maheśvaram) — then praised Maheśvara"
२७ देवाधीश महेशान दीनबन्धो कृपाकर । प्रसीद परमेशान कृपां कुरु नतप्रिय ॥ २७
devādhīśa maheśāna dīnabandho kṛpākara | prasīda parameśāna kṛpāṃ kuru natapriya 27 ||
विष्णुजी बोले — हे देवाधीश! हे महेशान! हे दीनबन्धो! हे कृपाकर! हे परमेशान! हे नतप्रिय! प्रसन्न होइये और कृपा कीजिये।
[Viṣṇu said:] "O ruler of the gods, O great lord, friend of the humble, O gracious one — be gracious, O supreme lord, show mercy, you who love those who bow to you."
देवाधीश महेशान (devādhīśa maheśāna) — "O ruler of the gods, O great lord,दीनबन्धो कृपाकर (dīnabandho kṛpākara) — O friend of the humble, O gracious one,प्रसीद परमेशान (prasīda parameśāna) — be gracious, O supreme lord,कृपां कुरु नतप्रिय (kṛpāṃ kuru natapriya) — show mercy, O lover of those who bow"
२८ निर्गुणाय नमस्तुभ्यं पुनश्च सगुणाय च । पुनः प्रकृतिरूपाय पुनश्च पुरुषाय च ॥ २८
nirguṇāya namastubhyaṃ punaśca saguṇāya ca | punaḥ prakṛtirūpāya punaśca puruṣāya ca 28 ||
"निर्गुण होते हुए भी सगुण, प्रकृतिरूप होते हुए भी पुरुषरूप आपको बार-बार नमस्कार है।"
"Homage to you, without qualities, and again with qualities; again in the form of nature, and again as spirit."

"तत्पश्चात् गुणस्वरूप आप विश्वात्माको नमस्कार है। भक्तप्रिय, शान्त तथा परमात्मा शिवको नमस्कार है।"
"And thereafter, bowing to you in the form embodying the guṇas, homage to the soul of the universe — to the one dear to devotion, the peaceful one, Śiva, the supreme self."
पश्चाद् गुणस्वरूपाय (paścād guṇasvarūpāya) — "and thereafter, bowing to youनतो विश्वात्मने नमः (nato viśvātmane namaḥ) — in the form of the guṇas, homage to the soul of the universe;भक्तिप्रियाय शान्ताय (bhaktipriyāya śāntāya) — to the one dear to devotion, to the peaceful one,शिवाय परमात्मने (śivāya paramātmane) — to Śiva, the supreme self"
३० सदाशिवाय रुद्राय जगतां पतये नमः । त्वयि भक्तिर्दृढा मेऽद्य वर्द्धमाना भवत्विति ॥ ३०
sadāśivāya rudrāya jagatāṃ pataye namaḥ | tvayi bhaktirdṛḍhā me'dya varddhamānā bhavatviti 30 ||
"सदाशिव, रुद्र तथा जगत्पतिको नमस्कार है। आजसे आपमें मेरी भक्ति दृढ़ होकर निरन्तर बढ़ती रहे।"
"To Sadāśiva, to Rudra, to the lord of the worlds, homage. May my devotion to you, from this day, be firm and ever-increasing."
सदाशिवाय रुद्राय (sadāśivāya rudrāya) — "to Sadāśiva, to Rudra,जगतां पतये नमः (jagatāṃ pataye namaḥ) — to the lord of the worlds, homage;त्वयि भक्तिर्दृढा मेऽद्य (tvayi bhaktirdṛḍhā me'dya) — may my devotion to you from today,वर्द्धमाना भवत्विति (varddhamānā bhavatviti) — be firm and ever-increasing"
३१ इत्युक्त्वा विररामासौ शैवप्रवरसत्तमः । सर्वे देवाः प्रणम्योचुस्ततस्तं परमेश्वरम् ॥ ३१
ityuktvā virarāmāsau śaivapravarasattamaḥ | sarve devāḥ praṇamyocustatastaṃ parameśvaram 31 ||
सनत्कुमारजी बोले — ऐसा कहकर शैवभक्तोंमें श्रेष्ठ विष्णुजी चुप हो गये। इसके बाद सभी देवता प्रणाम करके उन परमेश्वरसे कहने लगे।
[Sanatkumāra said:] Having said this, that noblest of Śaiva devotees fell silent; then all the gods, having bowed, spoke to the supreme lord.
इत्युक्त्वा विररामासौ (ityuktvā virarāmāsau) — "having said this, he fell silent,शैवप्रवरसत्तमः (śaivapravarasattamaḥ) — that noblest of Śaiva devotees;सर्वे देवाः प्रणम्योचुस् (sarve devāḥ praṇamyocus) — all the gods, having bowed, then spokeततस्तं परमेश्वरम् (tatastaṃ parameśvaram) — thereupon to that supreme lord"
३२ देवनाथ महादेव करुणाकर शङ्कर । प्रसीद जगतां नाथ प्रसीद परमेश्वर ॥ ३२
devanātha mahādeva karuṇākara śaṅkara | prasīda jagatāṃ nātha prasīda parameśvara 32 ||
देवता बोले — हे देवनाथ! हे महादेव! हे करुणाकर! हे शंकर! हे जगत्पते! प्रसन्न होइये, हे परमेश्वर! प्रसन्न होइये।
[The gods said:] "O lord of the gods, great god, compassionate Śaṅkara — be gracious, O lord of the worlds; be gracious, O supreme lord."
देवनाथ महादेव (devanātha mahādeva) — "O lord of the gods, O great god,करुणाकर शङ्कर (karuṇākara śaṅkara) — O compassionate one, O Śaṅkara,प्रसीद जगतां नाथ (prasīda jagatāṃ nātha) — be gracious, O lord of the worlds,प्रसीद परमेश्वर (prasīda parameśvara) — be gracious, O supreme lord"
३३ प्रसीद सर्वकर्ता त्वं नमामस्त्वां वयं मुदा । त्वयि भक्तिर्दृढास्माकं नित्यं स्यादनपायिनी ॥ ३३
prasīda sarvakartā tvaṃ namāmastvāṃ vayaṃ mudā | tvayi bhaktirdṛḍhāsmākaṃ nityaṃ syādanapāyinī 33 ||
"हे सर्वकर्ता! आप प्रसन्न होइये। हम प्रसन्नतापूर्वक आपको नमस्कार करते हैं। आपमें हमारी दृढ़ अविनाशी भक्ति सदा बनी रहे।"
"Be gracious, you who are the maker of all; we bow to you joyfully. May our firm devotion to you be forever unfailing."
प्रसीद सर्वकर्ता त्वं (prasīda sarvakartā tvaṃ) — "be gracious, you who are the maker of all;नमामस्त्वां वयं मुदा (namāmastvāṃ vayaṃ mudā) — we bow to you joyfully;त्वयि भक्तिर्दृढास्माकं (tvayi bhaktirdṛḍhāsmākaṃ) — may our firm devotion in youनित्यं स्यादनपायिनी (nityaṃ syādanapāyinī) — be forever unfailing"
३४ इति स्तुतश्च देवेशो ब्रह्मणा हरिणामरैः । प्रत्युवाच प्रसन्नात्मा शङ्करो लोकशङ्करः ॥ ३४
iti stutaśca deveśo brahmaṇā hariṇāmaraiḥ | pratyuvāca prasannātmā śaṅkaro lokaśaṅkaraḥ 34 ||
सनत्कुमारजी बोले — इस प्रकार ब्रह्मा, विष्णु तथा देवताओंके द्वारा स्तुति किये जानेपर लोककल्याणकारी देवेश शंकरजीने प्रसन्नचित्त होकर उत्तर दिया।
[Sanatkumāra said:] Thus praised by Brahmā, Hari, and the gods, the lord of the gods, Śaṅkara, benefactor of the world, his mind well pleased, replied.
इति स्तुतश्च देवेशो (iti stutaśca deveśo) — "thus praised, the lord of the gods,ब्रह्मणा हरिणामरैः (brahmaṇā hariṇāmaraiḥ) — by Brahmā, by Hari, and by the gods,प्रत्युवाच प्रसन्नात्मा (pratyuvāca prasannātmā) — replied, his mind pleased —शङ्करो लोकशङ्करः (śaṅkaro lokaśaṅkaraḥ) — Śaṅkara, the benefactor of the world"
३५ हे विधे हे हरे देवाः प्रसन्नोऽस्मि विशेषतः । मनोऽभिलषितं ब्रूत वरं सर्वे विचारतः ॥ ३५
he vidhe he hare devāḥ prasanno'smi viśeṣataḥ | mano'bhilaṣitaṃ brūta varaṃ sarve vicārataḥ 35 ||
शंकरजी बोले — हे विधे! हे विष्णो! हे देवताओं! मैं विशेषरूपसे प्रसन्न हूँ। आपलोग भलीभाँति विचार करके अपने मनचाहे वरका वर्णन करें।
[Śaṅkara said:] "O Brahmā, O Hari, O gods, I am especially pleased with you. Consider well, all of you, and tell me the boon your hearts desire."
हे विधे हे हरे देवाः (he vidhe he hare devāḥ) — "O Brahmā, O Hari, O gods,प्रसन्नोऽस्मि विशेषतः (prasanno'smi viśeṣataḥ) — I am especially pleased [with you];मनोऽभिलषितं ब्रूत (mano'bhilaṣitaṃ brūta) — tell me the boon your mind desires,वरं सर्वे विचारतः (varaṃ sarve vicārataḥ) — all of you, after due consideration"
३६ इत्युक्तं वचनं श्रुत्वा हरेण मुनिसत्तम । प्रत्यूचुः सर्वदेवाश्च प्रसन्नेनान्तरात्मना ॥ ३६
ityuktaṃ vacanaṃ śrutvā hareṇa munisattama | pratyūcuḥ sarvadevāśca prasannenāntarātmanā 36 ||
सनत्कुमारजी बोले — हे मुनिश्रेष्ठ! शिवजीके द्वारा कहे गये इस वचनको सुनकर सभी देवता प्रसन्नमनसे उत्तर देने लगे।
[Sanatkumāra said:] "O best of sages, having heard this word spoken by Hara, all the gods, their inmost selves gladdened, answered."
इत्युक्तं वचनं श्रुत्वा (ityuktaṃ vacanaṃ śrutvā) — "having heard this word thus spokenहरेण मुनिसत्तम (hareṇa munisattama) — by Hara, O best of sages,प्रत्यूचुः सर्वदेवाश्च (pratyūcuḥ sarvadevāśca) — all the gods answered,प्रसन्नेनान्तरात्मना (prasannenāntarātmanā) — their inmost selves gladdened"
३७ यदि प्रसन्नो भगवन्यदि देयो वरस्त्वया । देवदेवेश चास्मभ्यं ज्ञात्वा दासान्हि नः सुरान् ॥ ३७
yadi prasanno bhagavanyadi deyo varastvayā | devadeveśa cāsmabhyaṃ jñātvā dāsānhi naḥ surān 37 ||
सभी देवता बोले — हे भगवन्! यदि आप प्रसन्न हैं और यदि आपको हमें वर देना ही है, तो हे देवदेवेश! हम देवताओंको अपना दास जानकर,
[All the gods said:] "If you are pleased, O lord, and if a boon is to be given by you, then, knowing us gods to be your own servants,"
यदि प्रसन्नो भगवन् (yadi prasanno bhagavan) — "if you are pleased, O lord,यदि देयो वरस्त्वया (yadi deyo varastvayā) — if a boon is to be given by you,देवदेवेश चास्मभ्यं (devadeveśa cāsmabhyaṃ) — then to us, O god of gods,ज्ञात्वा दासान्हि नः सुरान् (jñātvā dāsānhi naḥ surān) — knowing us gods to be your servants"
३८ यदा दुःखं तु देवानां सम्भवेद्देवसत्तम । तदा त्वं प्रकटो भूत्वा दुःखं नाशय सर्वदा ॥ ३८
yadā duḥkhaṃ tu devānāṃ sambhaveddevasattama | tadā tvaṃ prakaṭo bhūtvā duḥkhaṃ nāśaya sarvadā 38 ||
"यह वर दीजिये कि हे देवसत्तम! जब-जब देवताओंपर दुःख आये, तब-तब आप स्वयं प्रकट होकर सदा उस दुःखका नाश करें।"
"— grant this: whenever sorrow should befall the gods, O best of gods, then, becoming manifest yourself, forever destroy that sorrow."
यदा दुःखं तु देवानां (yadā duḥkhaṃ tu devānāṃ) — "whenever sorrow should befall the gods,सम्भवेद्देवसत्तम (sambhaveddevasattama) — O best of gods,तदा त्वं प्रकटो भूत्वा (tadā tvaṃ prakaṭo bhūtvā) — then, having become manifest,दुःखं नाशय सर्वदा (duḥkhaṃ nāśaya sarvadā) — destroy that sorrow, always"
३९ इत्युक्तो भगवान् रुद्रो ब्रह्मणा हरिणामरैः । युगपत्प्राह तुष्टात्मा तथेत्यस्तु निरन्तरम् ॥ ३९
ityukto bhagavān rudro brahmaṇā hariṇāmaraiḥ | yugapatprāha tuṣṭātmā tathetyastu nirantaram 39 ||
सनत्कुमारजी बोले — ब्रह्मा, विष्णु तथा देवताओंके द्वारा इस प्रकार निवेदन किये जानेपर प्रसन्नचित्त भगवान् रुद्रने एक साथ कहा — "ऐसा ही निरन्तर होगा —"
[Sanatkumāra said:] Thus addressed by Brahmā, Hari, and the gods, the illustrious Rudra, his mind delighted, declared at once: "So be it, without end —"
इत्युक्तो भगवान् रुद्रो (ityukto bhagavān rudro) — "thus addressed, the illustrious Rudra,ब्रह्मणा हरिणामरैः (brahmaṇā hariṇāmaraiḥ) — by Brahmā, by Hari, and by the gods,युगपत्प्राह तुष्टात्मा (yugapatprāha tuṣṭātmā) — declared at once, his mind delighted —तथेत्यस्तु निरन्तरम् (tathetyastu nirantaram) — "so be it, without end"
४० स्तवैरेतैश्च तुष्टोऽस्मि दास्यामि सर्वदा ध्रुवम् । यदभीष्टतमं लोके पठतां शृण्वतां सुराः ॥ ४०
stavairetaiśca tuṣṭo'smi dāsyāmi sarvadā dhruvam | yadabhīṣṭatamaṃ loke paṭhatāṃ śṛṇvatāṃ surāḥ 40 ||
"मैं इन्हीं स्तवोंसे प्रसन्न हूँ, हे देवगण! इनका पाठ करनेवालोंको तथा सुननेवालोंको मैं सदा निश्चित रूपसे लोकमें परम अभीष्ट वस्तु प्रदान करता रहूँगा।"
"I am pleased by these very hymns of praise, O gods; I shall forever and surely grant whatever is most desired in the world to those who recite or hear them."
स्तवैरेतैश्च तुष्टोऽस्मि (stavairetaiśca tuṣṭo'smi) — "— by these very hymns I am pleased;दास्यामि सर्वदा ध्रुवम् (dāsyāmi sarvadā dhruvam) — I shall surely give forever,यदभीष्टतमं लोके (yadabhīṣṭatamaṃ loke) — whatever is most desired in the world,पठतां शृण्वतां सुराः (paṭhatāṃ śṛṇvatāṃ surāḥ) — to those who recite or hear [them], O gods"
४१ इत्युक्त्वा शङ्करः प्रीतो देवदुःखहरः सदा । सर्वदेवप्रियं यद्वै तत्सर्वं च प्रदत्तवान् ॥ ४१
ityuktvā śaṅkaraḥ prīto devaduḥkhaharaḥ sadā | sarvadevapriyaṃ yadvai tatsarvaṃ ca pradattavān 41 ||
ऐसा कहकर देवताओंके दुःखको सदा हरनेवाले प्रसन्न शंकरजीने सभी देवताओंको जो कुछ भी प्रिय था, वह सब प्रदान कर दिया।
Having said this, Śaṅkara, delighted, the ever-constant remover of the gods' sorrow, granted them all that was dear to every god.
इत्युक्त्वा शङ्करः प्रीतो (ityuktvā śaṅkaraḥ prīto) — "having said this, the delighted Śaṅkara,देवदुःखहरः सदा (devaduḥkhaharaḥ sadā) — the ever-constant remover of the gods' sorrow,सर्वदेवप्रियं यद्वै (sarvadevapriyaṃ yadvai) — whatever indeed was dear to every god —तत्सर्वं च प्रदत्तवान् (tatsarvaṃ ca pradattavān) — all of that he granted"
इति श्रीशिवमहापुराणे द्वितीयायां रुद्रसंहितायां पञ्चमे युद्धखण्डे देवस्तुतिवर्णनं नामैकादशोऽध्यायः॥ ११॥
Thus ends the eleventh chapter, called "The Gods' Hymn of Praise," in the Yuddha-khaṇḍa — the fifth section of the second Rudra-saṃhitā, in the glorious Śiva Mahāpurāṇa.
॥ इस प्रकार श्रीशिवमहापुराणके अन्तर्गत द्वितीय रुद्रसंहिताके पञ्चम युद्धखण्डमें देवस्तुतिवर्णन नामक ग्यारहवाँ अध्याय पूर्ण हुआ॥ ११॥
