Raghunāyaka knows the whole secret, and calls Aṅgada and Hanumān and explains it all. Hearing it, the two monkey-elephants run angrily. The kind Lord laughs, strings his bow and quickly looses a fire arrow. Light fills the place and the darkness is nowhere, as doubts go when knowledge rises. The bears and monkeys, finding light, run on glad, free of fear and weariness. Hanumān and Aṅgada roar in the field, and the demons flee at the sound. The monkeys catch the fleeing ones and dash them on the ground, and do wonderful things, throwing some into the sea where sea creatures eat them. Some are killed, some wounded, and some climb the fort to flee, while the bears and monkeys roar and shake the enemy's strength.
