भरत सकल साहनी बोलाए
The king called Bharata and told him to go and make ready horses, elephants and chariots, for the wedding party of Raghubīra would leave quickly. Hearing this, both brothers thrilled. Bharata called all the officers of the stables, who ran happily at his order. They set lovely saddles on the horses, and fine horses of many colours shone. They were handsome and very restless, like hot iron touching the ground with their hooves. Of many breeds, they could not be described, as if they wished to fly, scorning the wind. Dashing young riders of Bharata's age mounted them, all beautiful, all ornamented, with bows, arrows and heavy quivers at the waist. All the smart, handsome, brave, wise young warriors were skilled in the arts of the sword, and each horseman had two foot-soldiers with him.राजा ने भरत को बुलाकर कहा कि जाकर घोड़े, हाथी और रथ सजाओ, रघुबीर की बरात जल्दी चलेगी। यह सुनकर दोनों भाई पुलक से भर गए। भरत ने सब साहनियों को बुलाया; आज्ञा देते ही वे प्रसन्न होकर उठ दौड़े। उन्होंने रुचि से सुंदर जीन कसकर घोड़े सजाए; रंग-रंग के श्रेष्ठ घोड़े शोभित हुए। सब सुंदर और बहुत चंचल चाल के थे, तपे हुए लोहे की तरह पैर धरते। अनेक जाति के घोड़े कहे नहीं जाते थे, मानो हवा को नीचा दिखाकर उड़ना चाहते हों। भरत की उम्र के राजकुमार, जो सब छैल थे, उन पर सवार हुए। सब सुंदर, सब आभूषण पहने, हाथ में बाण और धनुष, कमर में भारी तरकश। सब बाँके, छबीले, शूर, सुजान और नवयुवक योद्धा थे, तलवार की कला में निपुण; हर सवार के साथ दो पैदल सिपाही थे।

सब सुंदर और बहुत चंचल चाल के थे, तपे लोहे की तरह धरती पर पैर धरते। अनेक जाति के घोड़े कहे नहीं जाते थे, मानो हवा को नीचा दिखाकर उड़ना चाहते हों।
All were handsome and very restless, treading the earth like hot iron. Of many breeds that cannot be told, they seemed to wish to fly, scorning the wind.
Explanationव्याख्या
'अयमय' का अर्थ लोहे का है; तपे लोहे की उपमा घोड़ों के खुर जल्दी-जल्दी उठाने के लिए है, मानो धरती उन्हें जलाती हो।
'Ayamaya' means made of iron; the hot-iron comparison describes horses lifting their hooves quickly, as if the ground burnt them.

उन सबपर भरत की उम्र के छैल राजकुमार सवार हुए। सब सुंदर, सब आभूषण पहने, हाथ में बाण-धनुष और कमर में भारी तरकश।
All of them were mounted by dashing young men, princes of Bharata's age. All were beautiful, all wore ornaments, with arrows and bows in hand and heavy quivers at the waist.
