Morning-only headache as a symptom of Pitra Dosha
The first sign when the dosha turns active
The speaker says that when Pitru Dosha is present in the birth chart and has begun to act on a person, its very first symptom is a heavy headache every morning on waking. He stresses that the pain comes only in the morning, never in the afternoon, evening or night, and that it comes no matter how long or how well the person has slept. Such a pattern, he says, means some ancestor is displeased or the chart's Pitra Dosha has started affecting the person.
The speaker lists this as the first symptom of Pitru Dosha. He says it applies when the dosha is not only present in the birth chart but is also active on the person; when it begins to give its effect, the first thing that happens is a heavy headache every time the person wakes up in the morning. He is specific about the timing: the pain comes every day in the morning hours and not in the afternoon, evening or night. Sleeping longer or completing one's sleep makes no difference; the head still hurts first thing in the morning. He adds that it does not matter whether it takes the form of a migraine or an ordinary headache; what matters is that it comes only at that time of day. He concludes that when this happens, one should understand that somewhere an ancestor's influence is at work, either an ancestor who is displeased, or the Pitra Dosha in the chart that has begun to affect the person.
Being called in sleep and waking thirsty around Amavasya: a sign of unsatisfied ancestors
The ancestors saying they are unsatisfied
The speaker describes a second symptom of Pitru Dosha tied to sleep. Around Amavasya, as soon as the person begins to fall asleep he keeps feeling that someone is calling him, and the moment his sleep breaks he feels thirsty again and again. He says this happens only from two to four days before Amavasya to two to four days after it; once the Pratipada or dwitiya of the bright fortnight has come, the trouble stops. This, he says, means the ancestors are unsatisfied and in pain and are using this means to say so.
The speaker says the second main symptom of Pitru Dosha is related to sleep. Whenever the person sleeps at night, especially around Amavasya, he repeatedly feels that someone is calling him. The moment sleep starts to come, it feels as if someone is calling; and the moment he wakes, the moment his sleep breaks, he feels thirsty, again and again. He limits the window sharply. This happens only from two to four days before Amavasya until two to four days after it. Once Amavasya has passed and a day or two have gone, once the PratipadaThe first tithi of a fortnight, on which navaratra anushthans begin. or dwitiya of the shukla paksha has arrived, the person does not have this trouble; but around Amavasya it is very intense. His reading of it is that somewhere the person's ancestors are unsatisfied and in distress, and through this means they are trying to say: I am unsatisfied.
Fights breaking out the moment a puja or festival begins: a strong sign of Pitra Dosha
Auspicious work itself being blocked
The speaker says a third symptom of Pitru Dosha is a family that lives well all year but breaks into serious fighting the moment a festival, pilgrimage or puja arrives. His example is Navratri: all preparation is done, and just at the time of Kalash sthapana a quarrel starts over a flower not arriving or a mango leaf being missed, and it turns into beating and throwing things. If this repeats at Diwali, Holi and every auspicious occasion, right at the moment the puja is about to begin, he says Pitra Dosha is present in the house with great force. He notes that Abhichara shows the same pattern, but counts it as a Pitra Dosha symptom too because what is being blocked is the auspicious work itself.
The speaker gives this as the third symptom of Pitru Dosha. Normally the family's life runs very well, but as soon as a festival comes, a pilgrimage or festival falls, or a time of puja arrives, terrible fighting begins in the house, blows over small things. His example is Navratri. The family is going to observe Navratri, everything has been prepared, and prepared well. Just as the time of Kalash sthapana comes, the pandit has arrived or the family is about to do it themselves, a quarrel breaks out over some matter: the flowers did not come, a mango leaf was missed, and the quarrel is so bad that beating, shoving and throwing things all start. He says that if this happens again and again, in the Diwali puja, at Holi, whenever any auspicious festival comes and the puja is being prepared and at the exact moment the puja is about to start the house erupts in strife and mutual destruction, one should understand that Pitra Dosha is present in the house with great force. He adds a qualification: the symptoms of Abhichara are described the same way, and this thing happens in an abhichaarik problem as well as in Pitra Dosha. It is counted as a Pitra Dosha symptom because the auspicious work is not being allowed to happen at all.
No comfort from vehicles as a symptom of Pitra Dosha
A muhurta does not save the vehicle
The speaker says that with Pitru Dosha a person cannot easily buy a vehicle at all; it comes only after great effort and difficulty, whether a two-wheeler, a four-wheeler or a vehicle-based business. Then paying its EMI is a struggle, and the vehicle always has some fault. He says that however carefully the Muhurta was checked at purchase, if Pitra Dosha is there the person will not get the comfort of the vehicle: it keeps breaking down, everything it earns goes into repairing it, and half the person's time passes in the garage. Trouble in the comfort of vehicles, he says, is a major symptom of Pitra Dosha.
The speaker moves next to vehicles. He says that where Pitru Dosha is present, first of all the person will not be able to buy a vehicle; it will come only after a lot of hard work, a lot of struggle, with a great deal of difficulty. This holds whether one buys a two-wheeler or a four-wheeler, or runs a business connected with vehicles. There is trouble at the time of buying, and if it is on EMI there is trouble making the payments. Alongside that, the vehicle always has some problem or other. He says that however much the MuhurtaAn elected span of time in which an act is begun. was checked before buying it, if Pitra Dosha remains the comfort of the vehicle will not come properly. He describes what that looks like: the vehicle keeps breaking down again and again; whatever money one earns from that car or transport vehicle goes entirely into getting it repaired; half one's time starts passing in the garage, so that of the seven days of the week it turns out four are spent taking the vehicle for repairs, because something or other is always wrong with it. When trouble comes in the comfort of vehicles like this, he says, it too is a major symptom of Pitra Dosha.
Sudden illness just before a festival, puja or pilgrimage as a symptom of Pitra Dosha
Health collapsing at the auspicious moment
The speaker says another symptom of Pitru Dosha is a house where everything runs normally, but as soon as a festival or auspicious work approaches, a family member, often the main member, falls very seriously ill, to the point of needing hospital or being unable to do anything; sometimes most members of the family fall ill at once. He fixes the timing: around Amavasya, or when Navratri, Diwali, any puja one is going to do or get done, or a Teerth Yatra is about to happen. Illness exactly then, he says, is counted as a symptom of Pitra Dosha.
The speaker describes the next symptom of Pitru Dosha. In such a house everything is going fine, running normally and well. But as soon as a festival comes, or some auspicious work is about to happen, some family member, or the principal member, falls very seriously ill. The condition, he says, becomes such that the person has to be taken to hospital, or if he stays at home he is in no state to do anything. It also happens that most of the members of the family fall ill together. He then asks: but when? Around Amavasya, or at a time of festival and puja, Navratri, Diwali, any auspicious work one is about to do, any puja one is going to do or have done, or when one is about to leave on a Teerth Yatra. Exactly at that time everyone's health collapses completely. He says this too has been accepted as one symptom of Pitra Dosha.
Can Pitra Dosha delay marriage?
Age passing without a wedding
Yes, the speaker says. Age keeps passing but marriage does not happen: he calls this a common symptom that is fully accepted as caused by Pitru Dosha, which brings delay and mounting problems in marriage. His advice for anyone whose marriage is being delayed is to have Pitra Dosha examined in their birth chart and to do, or get done, whatever puja and vidhi-vidhan is prescribed for pacifying it.
The speaker says the next symptom is that age keeps going by, life keeps passing, but marriage does not take place. He calls this a common symptom, one in which it is fully accepted that delay in marriage and ever-increasing problems in marriage arise because of Pitru Dosha. For those whose marriage is being delayed, he says, Pitra Dosha should be looked at according to their birth chart, and whatever puja-path and vidhi-vidhan exists for pacifying it should be done or got done.
Trouble conceiving and repeated miscarriage as a symptom of Pitra Dosha
A smooth pregnancy is the ancestors' grace
The speaker says that after marriage, trouble in growing the lineage is a symptom of Pitru Dosha: the wife cannot conceive, or miscarries again and again. He allows that the cause can also be Abhichara, but says the underlying fact is that the ancestors' support is not there, because when the ancestors support a family the lineage grows at once. In his view, if conception is easy, the nine months pass without trouble and the child is born well, that is the ancestors' full grace and protection; if conceiving is hard, the pregnancy is troubled, miscarriage happens, there are repeated hospital visits and bleeding that will not stop, and the whole pregnancy passes in tension, that is a symptom of Pitra Dosha.
The speaker says that once marriage has taken place, the next thing is trouble in the growth of the lineage: the family line is not growing, the wife is not able to conceive, or miscarriage keeps happening again and again. He says the cause may also be Abhichara, but in it the ancestors' support is not being received. If the ancestors give their support, he says, growth of the lineage happens immediately; this is the accepted view. In most cases, if the lineage is growing very well, there was no problem in conceiving, the full nine months of pregnancy passed without any difficulty and the child was born well, that is taken as the ancestors' complete grace, blessing and protection. But if there is difficulty even in conceiving, if after conceiving there is trouble, miscarriage happens, or the cases are very critical, going to hospital again and again, bleeding that simply will not stop, the whole time of the pregnancy passing in difficulty and tension, then it is a symptom of Pitru Dosha, and in the end one should take it that the growth of the lineage is becoming very painful. That, he says, is a symptom of Pitra Dosha.
Income that arrives but never stays as a symptom of Pitra Dosha
Where the money goes
The speaker says a further symptom of Pitru Dosha is spending more than one earns while debt keeps growing. He separates two situations: having no source of income at all is one problem; the Pitra Dosha pattern is having a source of income but being unable to keep any of it. He says the money goes into the very troubles he has already listed: medical expenses, puja preparations for an auspicious work that never got done, and pilgrimage tickets wasted when everyone fell ill, with medical bills on top, plus loss after loss in business. Money comes in, he says, but drains away into all these things.
The speaker says the next symptom of Pitru Dosha is that whatever one earns, more than that is being spent, and debt too keeps increasing. He distinguishes two cases. One is that there is no source of income at all; that is its own trouble. The other is that a source of income exists, but the money is not surviving; the person is not able to save it. He then explains where it goes: into the very things he has already described. All the money goes into medical expenses. Preparations are made for a puja, but the auspicious work could not be carried out, and that money was wasted too. Tickets were booked for a Teerth Yatra, but at that very time everyone fell ill, so the ticket money went and the whole medical cost landed as well. All of that is loss. So the symptom, he says, is that money is coming in, but where is it going? It is going into all these things, loss upon loss, and there is loss in business too. This, he says, is also a symptom of Pitra Dosha.
Many different troubles striking together around Amavasya: the sign of the strongest Pitra Dosha
The mark to watch for each month
The speaker asks those with these problems to mark one main point: around Amavasya different kinds of troubles all come at the same time. The vehicle breaks down, health fails, there is a quarrel or a fight; if there is a loan, the whole month went fine but at that moment the EMI collector starts harassing; someone cheats you, a fight breaks out with a competitor, a falling-out with a friend. If mental tension around Amavasya is very heavy in this way, he says, it is the sign that the effect of Pitru Dosha on the person is at its strongest.
The speaker singles out one main point and asks everyone who has these problems to mark it. Around Amavasya, different kinds of troubles come to the person at one and the same time. He lists them: at that same time the vehicle goes wrong, at that same time health goes bad, at that same time there is a quarrel or fight with someone. If there is a debt, the whole month went along fine, but at that moment, when there is no money, the EMI man is harassing you. At that same time someone deceives you; at that same time a fight happens with someone; if you have a competitor, some falling-out occurs with him; some friend of yours, and a falling-out happens with him too. That is to say, if the state of mental tension in the period around Amavasya is very heavy for the person, he says, it is the symptom that the effect of Pitru Dosha on that person is at its most powerful.
Getting Pitra Dosha treated once its symptoms are recognised
Expert help, or three to six months of self-practice
The speaker says that anyone who has these symptoms of Pitru Dosha should act in time: contact a good, knowledgeable person, a Vedic Brahmin, a learned Brahmin or a learned astrologer, have the matter examined, and get treatment done according to the symptom, so as to remove the effects of the dosha. For those who want to do it themselves, he says the methods have been explained one by one in his other videos; they should adopt whichever vidhi-vidhan suits them. If the methods are followed continuously for three to six months, he says, Pitra Dosha decreases and the ancestors' grace begins to come.
Having listed the symptoms, the speaker says that if a person has them, he should act while there is still time. He should contact a good person with good knowledge: a Vedic BrahminOne of the priestly varna, fed or given dakshina at the close of many anushthans. if one is available, a learned Brahmin, or a learned astrologer; have the matter looked at, and get treatment and so on done according to the symptom. In this way one should try to remove the effects of Pitru Dosha. For anyone who wants to do it himself, he says that each thing has been explained one by one in the videos on his channel; one should look at those and adopt in life whichever vidhi-vidhan seems suitable and agreeable to oneself. He gives a time frame: if the vidhi-vidhan and methods are followed continuously for three to six months, Pitra Dosha decreases, and the grace of the ancestors also begins to come upon the person.
