Why the speaker does not broadcast prayog mantras: mantra energy is limited
Copying mantras from YouTube or Facebook; energy that is not handled becomes a serious problem
The speaker says he is presenting a true incident he witnessed so that tantra lovers understand what ill effects can follow from seeing a subject on the internet, YouTube or Facebook and jumping into it. He says a mantra's energy is limited, and if a person cannot handle that energy and becomes unbalanced, it becomes a very difficult matter — which is why he never broadcasts such mantras on his channels or motivates anyone to do them, and why he keeps raising the question of adhikar.
The speaker opens by saying that he is placing before listeners a true incident of which he was an eyewitness — he was not involved in it in any way, but he saw the whole thing unfold. His purpose, he says, is that tantra lovers in particular should understand these subjects properly: what ill effects can follow when a person sees a subject on the internet, YouTube or Facebook and jumps into doing it. He says that from the beginning until today he has kept a firm rule on both his channels: mantras of this kind are not broadcast there, and nobody is strongly motivated to go and do them. His reason is that a mantra's energy is limited, and if a person cannot handle that energy and becomes unbalanced, it becomes a very troublesome matter. This, he says, is also why he keeps placing the subject of AdhikaraThe eligibility or readiness required before attempting an advanced ritual — without it, even a correctly performed rite risks serious harm to the practitioner. before everyone again and again. He adds that he has the related videos of the person concerned but does not want to expose her; she herself declined, and only agreed that the incident itself be told so that people understand it. The incident, he says, is from the Kolkata area — Bengal, where tantra vichar is used everywhere, and where a troubled person also tries to find solutions on their own.
Illusion of having become a tantrik after a few successful prayogs
No siddhi, no diksha, yet two or four successes make a person feel he is a tantrik
The speaker says the sadhika, around 2016-17, watched someone's channel and did certain vamachari prayogs for the destruction of abhichar; they gave her a sharp benefit, and her belief became unshakeable that such prayogs could protect her. He says this is a pattern he has spoken of many times in lives: a person who comes into this field afflicted by abhichar, and keeps listening, reading and having experiences, becomes a tantrik himself — or rather, the illusion of having become a tantrik arises. No special siddhi done, no diksha taken anywhere, but if two or four things succeed, he feels he is now a tantrik too.
The speaker says that about four or five years earlier — around 2016 or 2017 — the sadhika watched a certain person's channel and did some special prayogs for the destruction of Abhichara, prayogs that were vamachari in nature. From these she received a sharp, marked benefit, and her belief became unshakeable: that doing prayogs of this kind could protect her. He says this is something he has said many times in his live sessions. If a person afflicted by abhichar and the like comes into this field, then by listening, knowing and reading these subjects he has so many experiences that he himself becomes a tantrik — or, as the speaker puts it, the illusion of becoming a tantrik arises in him. No particular siddhi has been accomplished, no Diksha has been taken anywhere, but if two or four things succeed, such people feel that they too are now tantriks. He says he raises this because when phone calls come in, the person on the other end says that such-and-such shakti works directly with them and that they have done this and that — while being themselves afflicted with suffering. Both things go together: people say they have removed the sorrow of some person in the world, but their own sorrow is not being removed, and they themselves are looking for refuge. To be a devotee or sadhak, to know that one is oneself afflicted and in distress, and still to show off in this way — that, he says, is a very different kind of matter. The sadhika, having gained from what she saw and understood, decided to go further on this path — because, he observes, once a little begins to succeed in this path, a person tries to plunge fully into it.
Questions to settle before Navarna japa: adhikar, pranav, nyasa, Ganpati-Bhairav pujan
How an unguided sadhika skipped every one of them and began 108 malas a day
The speaker says the sadhika had no one to guide her, so she began watching the same channel's videos, which praised the Navarna mantra greatly. She reasoned that if Navarna could be awakened and its siddhi obtained, many siddhis would follow by Bhagavati's grace. She had nothing to do with the questions of who has adhikar for Navarna, who should do it, whether it is done with pranav, whether nyasa is required, and whether Ganpati and Bhairav pujan are needed — she simply bought a red chandan mala, red cloth and a red asan, took the vidhan commonly given, and began 108 malas of japa every day.
Can mantra japa give experiences and premonitions even without diksha?
The mantra shows its effect regardless; favourable grahas and an awakened eighth house hasten it
The speaker says yes: the sadhika had no diksha, nothing, yet the mantra showed its effect — within 9-10 days came fragrant air, dreams of Dakshineshwari Kali calling her, and wandering in divine lokas; by 1.25-2 lakh japa she was fully surrendered to Bhagavati and premonitions began. He adds that if a person's grahas and nakshatras are right at the time, a yoga of benefic planets is running, there is a special yoga of the ninth house, and the eighth house is awakened, then all these things come at once on entering sadhana. What was not known, he says, was what mistake she was making.
How the shaktis delude an unguided Navarna sadhak
Dream-given mantras, a divya-drishti samput, visions at four to five lakh, body and home abandoned
The speaker says that as the sadhika pressed on with more japa, the shaktis began to give delusion: in dreams she started receiving mantras — do this mantra, this is the deity, these are the shaktis — and every one she was told she would search on the internet and follow. About two months into her anushthan she found online some Navarna-related mantras claiming that a samput of certain bija mantras fully awakens divya drishti; the craving for divya drishti had already taken hold, and YouTube, he says, is full of such material. With practice her 108 malas now took only 3.5-4 hours and she raised the count; it was still just Navarna, done with pranav. Between four and five lakh her state became so ugra that any shakti she meditated on seemed to stand there in person — while she no longer looked at her own body and had completely skipped her home.
Harm to the family as the first sign of a misfiring mantra japa
Losses within a fortnight, misread as abhichar and treated with the same mantra
The speaker says the first negative effect came within 11-12 days of starting — before a fortnight was out: her father fell seriously ill. She assumed abhichar was the cause and, using the experiences her japa had begun to give her, did utara on her father with the very mantra she was reciting, then havan with special dravyas; he improved, which convinced her the mantra vidya was working. Then her elder brother broke his leg where he lived away and had to be brought home; she ignored it and continued. Third, her mother's periods returned after menopause, her condition deteriorated badly, and doctors said the uterus had to be surgically removed — had it not been, it would have become cancer. Even then she did not stop. All this, he says, was within two or three months.
Avesh, uchchatan and bodily breakdown from unguided Navarna japa
The sadhika's own body fails in the third month; the source channel says keep doing japa and havan
The speaker says that as the third month completed, the most difficult phase began in the sadhika's own body: constant pain, a feeling of avesh upon herself, an almost permanent intoxicated state, heavy shoulders and a drooping neck — until she who had done up to 150 malas a day could no longer even lift the mala. Uchchatan and irritability set in, and red blisters broke out on her body. After four or five months she contacted the channel whose videos she had followed; she was told there was no problem, that Bhagavati had only protected her, and that she should at least do some malas daily and havan. She did, but got no peace; the uchchatan grew, household troubles and debt grew.
A shakti awakened by unguided japa demanding bali as the household's shakti
Strangling in sleep, the uterus lump, stopped periods and hallucination near the one-year mark
The speaker says the visions gave way to the real thing: when she slept, a woman would strangle and pull her, saying the japa is not being done, you must do japa; after some time it began demanding bali — "we are the shakti of your house and family, give bali, it is necessary, else we will not be pacified." Confusion set in: whether to give bali, which shakti this was, what the mantra had awakened. Those around her could not say anything with accuracy. Near the one-year mark, with puja long abandoned, a lump formed in her uterus at a young age, her periods stopped, treatment gave no benefit, chemical reactions swelled her body, and hallucination grew until she could barely separate reality from delusion; a psychologist's medicines only made her sleep, while the voice kept saying: do the japa, why did you leave it, you did not give our bali.
Vindhyachal remedy for the doshas of an improperly done Navarna japa
Kshama yachana before Mai, darshan everywhere, a Saptashati path and japa of the kshama mantra
The speaker says that after four or five years of consulting different people without benefit, the sadhika met, at a friend's Navchandi anushthan in Kolkata, some priests from Vindhyachal. On hearing the whole matter they told her the ill effects were due to the mantras she had done — the mantra's energy was misfiring and producing many kinds of dosha — and directed her to come to Vindhya kshetra, make kshama yachana before Mai, take darshan everywhere as far as possible, have a Saptashati path done once, do further kshama prarthana, and do japa of the kshama mantra, since Ma is very compassionate and will forgive.
A summoned shakti demanding its bali, and its pacification at Vindhyachal
"We were called, why were we not given" — nine days of Ganga snan and parikrama, what improved and what did not
The speaker says he met the sadhika during the Trikon Yatra at Bhairavnath's place behind Kali Khoh, where she was "playing" heavily: the anushthan had been done, and the things upon her body were now demanding their bhog — saying in Bhojpuri that they wanted bali, that they had been called, so why were they not given, and they were angry. The local people pacified them: forgive, let it go, it was done unknowingly — to which came the reply that if you have called, you should give. She stayed 9-10 days, bathed in the Ganga daily, did laghu parikrama as far as she could, and kept propitiating Bhagavati; her derangement cleared, the body calmed, the uchchatan and the lump improved greatly, and she later reported that bleeding had begun again — a sign, she felt, that forgiveness was being received.
The speaker describes the state in which he met the sadhika in Vindhyachal, at the time of the Trikona YatraA pilgrimage completing a triangle between three seats of the Goddess.. The first thing, he says, was that at the sthan of Bhagwan Bhairav — Bhairavnath — behind Kali Khoh, when they met, she was "playing" very much (khelna, the local term for the possessing shakti manifesting on the body). How this came to be: the anushthan that was to be done had already been done, and after it, whatever things were upon her body were now demanding their bhog. They demanded it, he says, in the way it is put in Bhojpuri: we want our Bali; when we have been called, why were we not given it; we are angry at this. The people there would pacify them — forgive, let it go, it happened unknowingly — and the reply would come: how can that be? when you have called us, you should give. The full account of how it all happened, he says, came later, and it was she herself who related many of these matters. She stayed there about 9-10 days, bathing in the Ganga every day, doing parikrama as far as her strength allowed — she could not do it on foot fully, but did laghu parikrama and the like — and kept on propitiating Bhagavati. She went back largely well: a complete cure so quickly was not possible, but this much certainly happened — the state of derangement was cured, the body calmed somewhat, and the Uchchatan that used to arise, and the lump in her abdomen, improved to a great extent. When contact was made later, she reported that the lump, and the period trouble that came with it, was healing too — not entirely, but a little bleeding had begun — meaning, she felt, that there is certainty forgiveness is being received.
How much Navarna or Kunjika japa is safe without a guru's guidance?
Unknown energies of one's own house awaken; self-guided japa only in a fixed small quantity
The speaker says the most important lesson is that when you do japa of a mantra, you do not know which energy, which deity of your own house, is being awakened by it, who is accepting it, and what havoc it is going to cause. This is why he stays neutral about Navarna and Kunjika and keeps saying: do not do them without understanding the subject. The results promised everywhere do come — but only when done vidhivat. If you do it on your own whim, without guidance, do a fixed, small quantity; a large quantity will unbalance the energy, and neither he nor the listener has the capacity to make Jagadamba herself manifest. Navarna, he says, is not to be done directly on its own; there are rules for it.
Why is the Navarna mantra called the Gayatri of Tantra?
The mantra of the nine Chandikas holding all ten Mahavidyas and the Navdurgas; a mantra handed out like halwa-puri
The speaker says Navarna is not merely Durga's mantra: it is the mantra of that Bhagavati's nine Chandikas, of her nine principal shaktis; all ten Mahavidyas are present in it, as are the Navdurgas. Through it every kind of shakti awakens and all the vidhans of shatkarma can be done. As Gayatri is in the Veda, so Navarna is in Tantra — no other mantra in tantra is held its equal. Yet, he says, such a great tantric mantra is nowadays handed out like halwa-puri — every video says do Navarna — while nobody discusses how to do it, how much, whether diksha is to be taken, and how much may be done without diksha.
Learn tantra vidya only under a qualified guru
The consequences fall on you and your family, not the YouTube babaji; the channel keeps to paushtik anushthans for every varna
The speaker says his aim is not to spread confusion but to say: become awake. If you act on your own whim without understanding, the adverse effect will not be borne by the YouTube babaji or the Facebook babaji who wrote it up — you and your family will bear it. His channel is dedicated to grihasthas, not to tantriks; if you want to learn tantra vidya and gain siddhis, do it in the company and guidance of a qualified guru. He keeps to what a common grihastha can do, for the welfare of Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaishya and Shudra alike, women and men alike; his anushthans are mostly paushtik, with only one or two shatkarma-related (tantra kaat, marriage), and the prayer behind them is Bhagavati's: freedom from all obstacles and fullness of wealth, grain, sons and grandsons.
The speaker says this is not a matter of spreading confusion; he places it before listeners to say: brother, become awake (jagrit). If, without being awake and without understanding the subject, you act on your own whim, then the adverse effect that follows will not be suffered by the YouTube babaji who came and told you, nor by the Facebook babaji who wrote up the whole thing — it is you and your family who will have to suffer it. Through this channel, he says, he keeps repeating that it is a channel dedicated to grihasthas, not to tantriks; he frames subjects so that a GrihasthaThe householder, who carries a family alongside practice — the audience these talks address. person may benefit, and his path is limited to that alone. If you want to learn tantra vidya and obtain siddhis, then learn it staying in the company and under the guidance of a capable Guru. What he places on the channel is the level to which an ordinary householder can commonly go — so that all grihasthas, whether Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaishya or Shudra, women and men alike, may benefit — not that he wishes to make anyone a tantrik through some particular mantra. People to make you a tantrik are plentiful; YouTube and Facebook will do that; he cannot, and does not present such subjects. The anushthans he organises, he says, are of the kind that is mostly paushtik — nourishing. There will be only one or two anushthans related to Shatkarma, for cutting tantra or for marriage; otherwise it is a paushtik anushthan: may Mai Bhagavati do good. He does not know who has what trouble, so the prayer is the one the transcript gives as "सर्व बाधा विनिर्मुक्तो धन धान्य सुतानिता" — that Bhagavati free one from all kinds of obstacles and make one full of wealth, grain, sons and grandsons. That prayer is what the anushthans are for. Understand the subjects, he says; act only out of sophistry, or out of the craving that comes from hearing what some mantra does, and do it on your own — and you will be left nowhere.
