संत संग
The three brothers and Hanumān bow to the sages with joy. The sages see Rāma's unmatched beauty and are lost, and cannot hold their minds. They stand unblinking, dark-bodied lotus-eyed, home of beauty, the one who frees from the world. The Lord seeing their state weeps and thrills, takes their hands, seats them, and speaks lovely words. 'Today I am blessed, sages; your sight wears away sin. By great good fortune I have good company, and the world's bonds break with no effort.' The dohā says the company of the good is the road to liberation, while the company of the lustful is the road of the world, say the saints, poets, Vedas and Purāṇas.तीनों भाइयों ने हनुमान सहित बड़े सुख से दण्डवत किया। मुनियों ने रघुपति की अतुलनीय छवि देखी तो मग्न हो गए और मन को रोक न सके। साँवला शरीर, कमल जैसे नेत्र, सुन्दरता के मन्दिर, जन्म-मरण से छुड़ाने वाले राम को वे टकटकी लगाए देखते रहे, पलक नहीं झपकाई; प्रभु के आगे हाथ जोड़े सिर नवाते रहे। उनकी यह दशा देखकर रघुवीर की आँखों से जल बहने लगा और शरीर पुलकित हो गया। प्रभु ने हाथ पकड़कर मुनिवरों को बैठाया और अत्यन्त मनोहर वचन कहे: 'हे मुनीश, सुनिए, आज मैं धन्य हूँ। आपके दर्शन से पाप नष्ट हो जाते हैं। बड़े भाग्य से सत्संग मिलता है, जिससे बिना प्रयास भव के बन्धन कट जाते हैं।' दोहे में कहा गया है कि संतों का संग मोक्ष का मार्ग है, कामी का संग संसार का मार्ग, ऐसा संत, कवि, कोविद, वेद, पुराण और सद्ग्रन्थ कहते हैं।
१1कीन्ह दंडवत तीनिउँ भाई। सहित पवनसुत सुख अधिकाई ॥मुनि रघुपति छबि अतुल बिलोकी। भए मगन मन सके न रोकी ॥

तीनों भाइयों ने हनुमान सहित बहुत सुख से दण्डवत किया। रघुपति की अतुलनीय छवि देखकर मुनि मग्न हो गए; वे मन को रोक न सके।
The three brothers, with Hanumān, bowed down, full of joy. The sages saw Raghupati's matchless beauty and were lost; they could not hold their minds.

२2स्यामल गात सरोरुह लोचन। सुंदरता मंदिर भव मोचन ॥एकटक रहे निमेष न लावहिं। प्रभु कर जोरें सीस नवावहिं ॥

साँवला शरीर, कमल जैसे नेत्र, सुन्दरता का मन्दिर, भव से छुड़ाने वाले राम को वे एकटक देखते रहे, पलक नहीं झपकाई; और प्रभु के सामने हाथ जोड़े सिर नवाते रहे।
Dark body, lotus eyes, a house of beauty that frees from the world: they stood fixed, did not blink, and bowed their heads with folded hands to the Lord.

३3तिन्ह कै दसा देखि रघुबीरा। स्त्रवत नयन जल पुलक सरीरा ॥कर गहि प्रभु मुनिबर बैठारे। परम मनोहर बचन उचारे ॥

उनकी दशा देखकर रघुवीर की आँखों से जल बहने लगा और शरीर पुलकित हो गया। प्रभु ने हाथ पकड़कर मुनिश्रेष्ठों को बैठाया और अत्यन्त मनोहर वचन कहे।
Seeing their state, Raghubīra's eyes streamed and his body thrilled. Taking them by the hand, the Lord seated the best of sages and spoke very lovely words.

४4आजु धन्य मैं सुनहु मुनीसा। तुम्हरें दरस जाहिं अघ खीसा ॥बड़े भाग पाइब सतसंगा। बिनहिं प्रयास होहिं भव भंगा ॥

'हे मुनीश, सुनिए: आज मैं धन्य हूँ। आपके दर्शन से पाप नष्ट हो जाते हैं। बड़े भाग्य से सत्संग मिलता है, जिससे बिना प्रयास भव के बन्धन टूट जाते हैं।'
'Listen, lords of sages. Today I am blessed. At the sight of you sin is worn away. By great good fortune one gains good company, and the world's bonds are broken with no effort.'

Company of the good is the way to liberation; company of the lustful is the way of the world. So say the saints, poets and learned, the Vedas, the Purāṇas and the good books.
