रावन भवन
The two monkeys, angry for war, remember Rāma's glory and run up on to Rāvaṇa's palace, shouting to the lord of Kosala. They seize the building with its pinnacles and pull it down, and the demon king is afraid. Crowds of women beat their chests: now two destructive monkeys have come. The monkeys frighten them with monkey tricks, singing Rāma's fame. They take golden pillars in their hands and say, let us begin the havoc. Roaring, they fall among the enemy host and begin crushing it with great strength. Some are struck with kicks, others with slaps, and told to take the fruit of not worshipping Rāma. The two monkeys, angry and set on battle, remembering Rāma's glory in their hearts, ran and climbed on to Rāvaṇa's palace, crying out to the lord of Kosala.

They seized the palace together with its pinnacle and pulled it down. Seeing it, the lord of demons was afraid. Crowds of women beat their chests with their hands: 'Now two destructive monkeys have come.'

३3कपिलीला करि तिन्हहि डेरावहिं। रामचंद्र कर सुजसु सुनावहिं ॥पुनि कर गहि कंचन के खंभा। कहेन्हि करिअ उतपात अरंभा ॥

४4गर्जि परे रिपु कटक मझारी। लागे मर्दै भुज बल भारी ॥काहुहि लात चपेटन्हि केहू। भजहु न रामहि सो फल लेहू ॥

गरजकर वे शत्रु की सेना के बीच कूद पड़े और भारी भुजबल से उसे कुचलने लगे। किसी को लात, किसी को थप्पड़ पड़ता: 'राम को नहीं भजते, तो यह फल लो!'
They roared and fell in the midst of the enemy host and began to crush it with their great strength. Some were struck with kicks, others with slaps: 'You do not worship Rāma, take this fruit!'

दोहा ४४दोहा 44एक एक सों मर्दहिं तोरि चलावहिं मुंड।रावन आगें परहिं ते जनु फूटहिं दधि कुंड ॥ ४४ ॥
