दसरथ का आना
At that time Daśaratha comes there; seeing his son, his eyes fill with tears. The Lord, with his brother, bows to him, and the father blesses them. 'Son, by the power of all your merit you have beaten the unconquered king of the night-rangers.' Hearing his son's words, his love grows greatly, his eyes fill and the hair on his body stands. Raghupati sees his father's love and gives him firm knowledge. Therefore, Umā, he did not gain release; Daśaratha had made a difference of devotion. Worshippers of the form with qualities do not take release; Rāma gives them devotion to himself. Bowing again and again, Daśaratha went gladly to the world of the gods. Seeing the Lord's beauty with his brother and Jānakī, in good health, the lord of the gods in joy praised him.उसी समय दशरथ वहाँ आए; पुत्र को देखकर उनके नेत्रों में जल भर आया। प्रभु ने अनुज सहित उन्हें प्रणाम किया और पिता ने तब आशीर्वाद दिया। 'बेटा, यह सब तुम्हारे पुण्य का प्रभाव है कि तुमने अजेय राक्षसराज को जीत लिया।' पुत्र के वचन सुनकर उनका प्रेम बहुत बढ़ा, आँखों में जल भर आया और रोम खड़े हो गए। रघुपति ने उनका पहला प्रेम पहचाना और पिता को देखकर उन्हें दृढ़ ज्ञान दिया। इसी कारण, उमा, उन्होंने मोक्ष नहीं पाया; दशरथ ने भक्ति में भेद-भाव रखकर मन लगाया था। सगुण के उपासक मोक्ष नहीं लेते; राम उन्हें अपनी भक्ति देते हैं। बार-बार प्रभु को प्रणाम करके दशरथ हर्षित होकर देवलोक चले गए। अनुज और जानकी सहित प्रभु को कुशल देख और उनकी शोभा देखकर हर्षित मन से देवताओं के राजा इन्द्र स्तुति करने लगे।

उसी समय दशरथ वहाँ आए, और पुत्र को देखकर उनकी आँखों में जल भर आया। अनुज सहित प्रभु ने उन्हें प्रणाम किया, तब पिता ने आशीर्वाद दिया।
At that time Daśaratha came there, and his eyes filled with tears at the sight of his son. The Lord with his brother bowed to him, and then the father gave his blessing.

'बेटा, यह सब तुम्हारे पुण्य का प्रभाव है कि तुमने अजेय राक्षसराज को जीत लिया।' पुत्र के वचन सुनकर उनका प्रेम बहुत बढ़ा; आँखों में जल भर आया और रोम खड़े हो गए।

३3रघुपति प्रथम प्रेम अनुमाना। चितइ पितहि दीन्हेउ दृढ़ ग्याना ॥ताते उमा मोच्छ नहिं पायो। दसरथ भेद भगति मन लायो ॥

Raghupati, judging his first love, looked at his father and gave him firm knowledge. For that reason, Umā, he did not gain release; Daśaratha had put a difference into his devotion.
Explanationव्याख्या
दशरथ ने राम को पुत्र के रूप में प्यार किया, परब्रह्म के रूप में नहीं, इसलिए उन्होंने रूप की भक्ति ली, मोक्ष नहीं।
Daśaratha loved Rāma as a son, not as the Absolute, so he took devotion to the form and not liberation.

सगुण के उपासक मोक्ष नहीं लेते; राम उन्हें अपनी भक्ति देते हैं। बार-बार प्रभु को प्रणाम करके दशरथ हर्षित होकर देवलोक चले गए।
Those who worship the form with qualities do not take release; Rāma gives them his own devotion. Bowing again and again to the Lord, Daśaratha gladly went to the world of the gods.

अनुज और जानकी सहित प्रभु को कुशल देखकर, कोसल के राजा की शोभा देखकर, देवताओं के राजा इन्द्र मन में हर्षित होकर स्तुति करने लगे।
Seeing the Lord with his brother and Jānakī, safe, the lord of Kosala, Indra, the king of the gods, was glad at heart at the sight of his beauty and began to praise him.
