The monkeys bow to the woman from a distance and tell her their story when she asks. She tells them to drink and eat the fine fruit. After they bathe and eat, they return to her, and she tells her own story and says she will now go to Raghurāi. She tells them to shut their eyes and leave the cave, and that they will find Sītā. When they open their eyes they are all on the shore of the sea. She goes to Rāma, bows at his lotus feet, and is given unfailing devotion. By his order she goes to Badarīvana, holding his feet in her heart.
