जो बसिष्ठ अनुसासन दीन्ही
Whatever Vasiṣṭha directed was done respectfully, by the rules of the world and the Veda. Seeing the crowd of Brahmins, all the queens rose respectfully, thinking themselves very fortunate. They washed their feet, bathed them, worshipped them well and fed them, nourishing them with respect, gifts and love. The Brahmins went away blessing them, content in heart. The king did Viśvāmitra's worship in many ways and said, 'Master, no one is more blessed than I.' He praised him greatly, and with the queens took the dust of his feet. He gave him a fine room inside the house, and the king and the women's quarters kept watch over his wishes. Then the king worshipped his guru's lotus feet and made his plea, with no small love in his heart. The king with all the princes with their brides, and the queens, bowed again and again at the guru's feet, and the chief of sages gave his blessing.वसिष्ठ ने जो आज्ञा दी, वह सब लोक और वेद की विधि से आदरपूर्वक किया गया। ब्राह्मणों की भीड़ देखकर सब रानियाँ अपना बड़ा भाग्य जानकर आदर से उठीं। उन्होंने सबके पैर धोकर नहलाया, भली-भाँति पूजा करके राजा को भोजन कराया। आदर, दान और प्रेम से उन्हें तृप्त किया; ब्राह्मण मन में संतुष्ट होकर आशीर्वाद देते हुए चले। राजा ने कई प्रकार से गाधिसुत की पूजा की और कहा — हे नाथ, मेरे समान धन्य कोई दूसरा नहीं है। राजा ने बहुत प्रशंसा की और रानियों सहित उनके चरणों की धूल ली। उन्होंने भवन के भीतर उन्हें श्रेष्ठ निवास दिया और राजा तथा रनिवास मन से उनकी इच्छा का ध्यान रखते रहे। फिर उन्होंने गुरु के चरण-कमल पूजे और विनय की; उनके हृदय में प्रीति कम न थी। बधुओं सहित सब कुमारों और रानियों के साथ राजा बार-बार गुरु के चरणों की वंदना करते हैं और मुनीश आशीर्वाद देते हैं।
