The priest prepared the feast: the six tastes in four ways as the Vedas tell. He made the meal by magic, with countless dishes. He cooked meat of many animals and mixed in the flesh of a brahmin. All the brahmins were called to eat, and the king washed their feet and seated them with respect. When the king began to serve, a voice came from the sky at that moment: 'Brahmins, get up and go home! Do not eat this food, it will do great harm.' The meal was brahmin's flesh, and every twice-born rose, trusting the voice. The king, his mind confused with delusion, was troubled, and by fate the words came from his mouth. The brahmins, in anger, without any thought, said: 'Go and become a demon, fool, with your family.'
