रामधाम सिख देन
The king called Vasiṣṭha and sent him to Rāma's house to give him instruction. Hearing the guru was coming, Raghunātha went to the door and bowed his head at his feet. He brought him in with respect, gave water for the feet, and honoured him with the sixteen offerings. Then with Sītā he held the guru's feet and spoke with lotus hands folded: it is a blessing and the end of all misfortune when a master comes to the house of his servant. Yet the right way is to send for the servant with love. The Lord has given up his lordship and shown affection, and today this house is made pure. Command me, Lord, and I will do it; a servant gains by serving his master.राजा ने वसिष्ठ को बुलाया और राम के घर शिक्षा देने भेजा। गुरु का आना सुनकर रघुनाथ द्वार पर आए और चरणों में माथा नवाया। आदर से अर्घ्य देकर वे उन्हें घर में ले आए और सोलह उपचारों से पूजा करके सम्मान किया। फिर सीता सहित चरण पकड़कर, कमल जैसे हाथ जोड़कर राम बोले: सेवक के घर स्वामी का आना मंगल की जड़ है और अमंगल का नाश करता है। फिर भी उचित यह था कि प्रेम से बुलाकर सेवक को काम के लिए भेज देते, नाथ, यही नीति है। आपने बड़प्पन छोड़कर स्नेह किया, आज यह घर पवित्र हो गया। गोसाईं, जो आज्ञा हो मैं वही करूँगा; स्वामी की सेवा का लाभ सेवक को ही मिलता है।

'सेवक के घर स्वामी का आना मंगल की जड़ है और अमंगल का नाश करता है। फिर भी, नाथ, उचित यह है कि प्रेम से बुलाकर सेवक को काम के लिए भेजा जाए। यही रीति है।
'When the master comes to the servant's house, it is the root of blessing and the end of misfortune. Yet it is right, Lord, to send for the servant with love; that is the rule.

You gave up your lordship and showed love, and today this house has been made pure. Lord, whatever you command I will do; the servant gains the service of his master.'

दोहा ९दोहा 9सुनि सनेह साने बचन मुनि रघुबरहि प्रसंस।राम कस न तुम्ह कहहु अस हंस बंस अवतंस ॥ ९ ॥

प्रेम से भीगे वचन सुनकर मुनि ने रघुवर की प्रशंसा की: 'राम, तुम ऐसा क्यों न कहो? तुम तो हंस के वंश, सूर्यवंश के भूषण हो।'
Hearing his words, wet with love, the sage praised Raghubar: 'Rāma, why would you not speak so? You are the ornament of the swan-line, the sun-line.'
