सीय सासुन्ह मिली
Sītā comes and bows at the great sage's feet and receives the blessing she wished. She meets the teacher's wife and the sages' wives with a love that cannot be measured. Bowing again and again at every foot, she receives blessings dear to her heart. When Sītā sees all her mothers-in-law, she closes her eyes in fear, the tender girl. The queens look like swans in a hunter's power: what has the Creator done by his crooked deeds? Seeing Sītā, they are deeply pained, but one must bear what fate makes one bear. Then Janaka's daughter puts patience in her heart, her blue lotus eyes full of water, and goes and meets all her mothers-in-law, and compassion spreads over the earth. Falling at all their feet, Sītā embraces them with great love, and in their hearts they bless her lovingly: may she always be full of her husband's good fortune.सीता आकर श्रेष्ठ मुनि के चरणों में पड़ीं और मनचाहा उचित आशीर्वाद पाया। गुरुपत्नी और मुनि-पत्नियों के साथ वे मिलीं; उस प्रेम को जितना कहा जाए कम है। सबके चरणों की बार-बार वन्दना कर सीता ने अपने प्रिय के हितकारी आशीर्वाद पाए। जब सीता ने सब सासुओं को देखा तो वह सुकुमारी सहम गई और आँखें मूँद लीं। वे सासें बहेलिए के वश पड़ी हंसिनियों जैसी लगीं: विधाता ने यह कैसी कुचाल की? उन्होंने सीता को देखकर बहुत दुःख पाया, पर जो दैव सहाए वह सब सहना पड़ता है। तब जनकसुता ने हृदय में धीरज धरा और नील कमल जैसी आँखों में जल भरकर जाकर सब सासुओं से मिलीं; उस समय पृथ्वी पर करुणा छा गई। सबके चरण पकड़-पकड़कर सीता बहुत प्रेम से मिलती हैं, और वे प्रेम के वश हृदय में आशीर्वाद देती हैं कि तुम सुहाग से भरी रहो।

सीता ने आकर श्रेष्ठ मुनि के चरणों में प्रणाम किया और मन में माँगा हुआ उचित आशीर्वाद पाया। वे गुरुपत्नी और मुनि-पत्नियों से मिलीं; उस प्रेम को जितना कहा जाए उतना कम है।
Sītā came and fell at the great sage's feet and received the fitting blessing she had asked for in her mind. She met the teacher's wife with the sages' wives, and the love cannot be told, however much one says.

सबके चरणों की बार-बार वन्दना कर सीता ने अपने हृदय को प्रिय आशीर्वाद पाए। जब सीता ने सब सासुओं को देखा तो उस सुकुमारी ने सहमकर आँखें मूँद लीं।
Bowing again and again at the feet of all, Sītā received blessings dear to her heart. When she saw all her mothers-in-law, the tender girl shrank in fear and closed her eyes.

तब जनकसुता ने हृदय में धीरज धरा, नील कमल जैसे नेत्रों में जल भरा हुआ था। वे जाकर सब सासुओं से मिलीं और उस समय पृथ्वी पर करुणा छा गई।

सबके चरणों में पड़-पड़कर सीता बहुत प्रेम से मिलीं, और वे प्रेम के वश हृदय में आशीर्वाद देती हैं, 'तुम सुहाग से भरी रहो।'
