The speaker says people of the four Shani lagnas, and anyone suffering greatly from Shani — false court cases, a prison sentence, bone disease, severe back or joint pain, trouble from a head injury — whose chart shows his antardasha, sukshma dasha, Shani Sade Sati or Shani Dhaiya running, should take refuge in him and do the Shanaishchar Maha Mala Mantra anushthan. He says it gives immediate relief and a way out from every trouble born of that graha, even those due to Prarabdha, whether the cause is Abhichara, Preta-pishach, enemies or a false case, because the grahas are authorised by God to give the fruit of karma and react fastest. One must serve one's ishta, but also worship the grahas per the chart, above all Shani when his special influence is on. Those denied a child because Shani's third aspect falls on the fifth house should do it too.

Is a sade-sati or dhaiya painful for everyone?
No, he says. If karma is middling and ordinary — if we have no very great dushkarma — then there is not very much pain either. Shani's mahadasha, sade-sati or dhaiya is not extremely painful for everybody; such people's lives pass ordinarily and they do not learn anything special either. Many people in fact progress during it.
What happens if Shani is the dashamesh and his dasha runs?
If Shani Deva is the lord of the tenth bhava and you are also doing mantra sadhana, and his mahadasha, antardasha or sukshma dasha is running, or his sade-sati or dhaiya is running, and you have already undergone the initial fruits so that the auspicious fruit too has begun to come to you — then if wealth and capacity of that level arrive by any means, you will see that very thing he spoke of: they will awaken your vivek. How you are to use that vivek is then up to you.
Is Shani's sade sati always bad?
The speaker says no. People assume sade sati will always do harm, but Shani may be sitting in the kundli forming two vipreet rajyogas and be about to make you rich during the sade sati itself, while a fear-mongering "ponga pandit" has you frightened into squandering money. Sade sati is bad only for those who did wrong karma; ordinarily it is capable of giving a great deal. If a sadhana is not bearing fruit while a dhaiya or sade sati runs, the fruit is held back and accumulates like water behind a dam; when the pressure can no longer be held, Shanaishchar gives abundantly — but you must keep at the sadhana with patience until then. This, he says, can be seen through jyotish and not through tantra, which is why the two are complements.
What should be done during Shani's Sade-sati or Dhaiya?
Hold to one — Narayana, Bhagavati or Shiva — and certainly perform their Kavach. Then, if a punishment of Shani's is being received, do the Prayashchitta: circumambulate the Peepal tree, on seven Saturdays, seven times or a hundred and eight if the trouble is great, doing japa as you go.
