Why should one know who Sati's sisters were?

The pujan of Naag Panchami, Shravan Saptami and so on will come, he says, and special pujan must certainly be given in those. But if before that these are placated by doing the pujan of Shiva ji, then their grace too is obtained in good time, if some work is going wrong.
What is the dwadash naga pujan on Panchami?
