Why does authority over Shakta Peetha practices belong only to Shaktas, and why shouldn't outsiders interfere?
No one has the right to snatch away another's food or sustenance — humans offer Tarpan and worship while deities fulfill desires, and at a Shakta Peetha the authority belongs to Shaktas, not Vaishnavas, Buddhists, or non-believers; where a tradition has existed, it should continue accordingly.
