The definitive truth of this world is that you will die one day
Whether it happens in 1 year, 5 years or 50 years, is inconsequential. If you're reading this, you're at least 20 years old. The last 20 years of your life disappeared, one day at a time, and exactly in the same way, the next 20 or 50 years will also disappear. And then you will die. And at that very moment, you will be able to see the truth for yourselves.
That truth, is that this realm, is not the complete reality. Not that this is not reality, no, this world is completely real — a slap in the face is real. But there are multitudes of much bigger realities hidden behind this world.
Do you think Ghosts exist?
No, don't skip the question. Ask yourself. Introspect. Think deeply about what you really think. Then answer. Do you think Ghosts exist? And if yes, do you then think Deities exist? What about Demons?
Well, it is extremely easy to check if Ghosts exist. Go in a Shamshaan, get some mitti / soil from there, keep it near your bed while you sleep. You will find out.
Here I am, clearly warning you to not do it. So don't blame me for what happens afterwards.
Regardless of what you have convinced yourself, these things do exist. I have seen people who have seen these things. I have not met any of them personally. Many of these are public figures. I believe Om Swami when he says he was blessed by Jagadamba. I believe Rajarshi Nandy when he says he saw Bhairav Baba. I believe Grihastha Tantra about the things he said he witnessed.
Why do I believe them?
- Their practices are believable.
- They have become recluses in a way, that only a person who has seen more than the in-your-face reality would do. They are in the midst of us, living their lives, but I can perceive the changes in them — they have lost interest in the "trappings" of this world. Even if they have embraced this world happily, they are driven towards something else.
It is tiring to keep up. Grihastha Tantra is up sharing videos of Mata's aarti at 4AM. Every day. What drives them? Om Swami retreats in his room for months on end. Rajarshi Nandy is a very well balanced personality with focus on the ultimate, while living in the modern world. That is what counts — their focus is on the ultimate, which comes only when one has seen the "bigger" reality. Even when staying in public, it makes one become recluses, into the arms of their Ishta Devata.
I did not believe such things for many years. I just had to see things by myself, over many years, to actually "see". I have come to believe them, after years of non-trust. May you also, like me, live in interesting times.
Why you should not believe them?
It is a basic principle to follow in Occult - don't trust the people. Trust the principles behind them. People are fallible, and things happen. But trust the Deities, the principles of Sadhana, the benefits of peace you get, regardless of what goes on in this physical world - they are not easy to understand and ever-changing. I have personally closely seen the downfall of a (private) siddha purush in my own personal life, the "trappings" of this world are all too real. So don't judge the people, don't follow the people, trust the system, and work on your own development and progress.
Focus on learning, on systematizing your education and sadhana, and on documenting your journey. Creating OccultGuide is my way to format all the knowledge. I want to document the public, but non-publicized knowledge, for the AI age. I am fortunate.
And if you are reading this, you are truly fortunate as well
No, I don't mean it in the "clickbait title" sense. You are here reading this, because your life "deserves" a change. You are learning about the occult, because your karmas have brought you here, from where you can peer through the veneer and see the grander reality.
Everything we ask for, we actually get. I can bet that ALL your necessities are fulfilled. You have a working body, with food in your belly, a place to sleep, clothes to wear — all your basic necessities are met.
Money is a trap
The maya of Vishnu is such. You are worried when you have nothing, you are worried when you have but a little, you are worried when you have a lot to lose, and you are worried even when you are an Ambani — when everybody else says you have so much you've got nothing to worry about.
When you have too little money, you are inside a cage eagerly trying to come out. When you have a little more, you are outside the cage, but you don't have enough to not want more. Later you cannot leave the cage and go anywhere else for fear of losing what you have in the cage. You are tied up to the cage, whether from inside, or from outside, by strings of your own sweet choosing. "That" is maya.
Seen from this angle, it is the same — your worries are a trap. Your relationships are a trap. Let me tell you, your worries are worthless.
Want to leave all your worries within the next 10 minutes? Please do the experiment below
- Please go out for a walk for 10 minutes — step out on the road and then come back.
- When you are back here, imagine that you had an accident on the road and died.
No, do not skip this — do yourself a favor, stop reading this, and actually do the activity. Because once you actually do it, your mentality will change — you will see that exactly ALL of your worries died with you.
Death sets you free
Death is the ultimate truth in this mrityuloka. And death, my friend, sets you free. Though I've not had one, I imagine a near-death experience will change everyone for good. It will make you focus on what matters, and will take away the veneer of money, worries, and relationships within a second.
You will see that your relationship with people you met in this life was almost equal to the relationship you have with people you meet in a bus or a train — ephemeral, and will pop like a soap bubble.
The only thing that matters is your karma
The only thing that matters is what you did here in this life — your actions, your karma. The law of Karma is real. Your PrarabdhaThe portion of destiny already set in motion by past actions — spiritual practice and good deeds can lessen its severity, but not eliminate it. is real. Your relationship with the cosmic power is real. Whether you call that nature, or call that God, or you call that your Ishtha, it is real. Rebirths are real — very well documented in the west as well, no less than by credentialed Yale psychiatrists, as in Dr. Brian Weiss's book "Many Lives, Many Masters".
How this world continues to operate, even when the truth is so much larger than it, is beyond me. Rebirth is real. Ghosts exist. Deities exist. And God, the Brahma, the one-reality, exists as well. It is their wish that the world continues as it does. It is their wish, a blessing, when somebody is able to pull back the veneer and see the larger reality by themselves.
- No changes in life are required. No attitude change, no bullshit.
- All you gotta do is be a little humble and believe, for now. If you don't get to experience things for yourself, from the safety of your own room, then by all means, stop doing it and enjoy your life like there's no tomorrow. Because by then, according to you, there is none. But until then, be humble and learn from the rare ones, who are revealing secrets to you. Simply hear them, with some belief, and hear them like it matters. Cause it literally is, a matter of life and death.
FAQs
(by people who actually took the time to read and think through the above.)
1. If these things are real, why does society keep us away from it?
Society is an economic engine designed by the elites to harness your life. Societies run by exchanging economic contributions of its people, so no society can function where people are truly free to simply experience life, which does not by itself have an economic output. So societies have always been based on conditioning people into ways by which their spiritual freedom is curtailed, and where servitude is encouraged.
Your parents want you to be an engineer, doctor or a successful businessman. They don't want you to be a Baba, regardless of however much holy they seem :)
2. I believe religion is a weapon — a way of society to keep particular people in power. Most Godmen are fake and "Religion is the opiate of the masses".
All religions were started on a kernel of the truth. But over time, the politics of people and power have shaped them to what they are today. So don't trust everything blindly, verify everything on your own, over time and with your own experiences.
3. If karma, ghosts and deities were real, no real siddha would be on the "negative" side, having seen the reality for themselves.
Lord Vishnu's maya is extremely seductive. You are trapped in a physical body — a machine which runs on chemicals you have no control over — and you are comprehensively moulded by actual physical powers of forgetfulness, sleep, and emotions like greed, jealousy, hatred, anger, hunger and sex. They are very very real and very very powerful.
You could be a Siddha today and a genuine criminal tomorrow. Maya is such. You will yourself forget all about this blog after 2 days — true or not, only 48 hours of maya will tell. How will you get the memory back? By remembering that 1. Law of Karma is real 2. You will die and 3. This world is not the complete reality, there is much more to experience. So keep these 3 things in mind, and you will progress - the first will keep you humble, second will help you work hard, and the third will help you stay focused on continuous progress.
4. Ghosts? Demons? So scary, what are you talking about?
In India, using Tantrik practices, people have been talking to ghosts, forging "contracts" and getting tasks done by them, in exchange for stuff.
Yup, it's true, they've been using Ghosts as task mules for a thousand years 🤦🏽♂️. And still do. A Preta was also a person, after all, just that they are now dead and stuck in a different "realm".
5. I also want to get Ghosts to do my tasks. How can I do that?
The Law of Karma is real, and in this case, it literally means that if you get a Ghost to serve you, you will have to serve him. So please try to stay away from the negative tantra and Vashikaran and Indrajal and such stuff. These things bring REAL horror.
Preta Siddhi is deemed easy by the way, by standards of this field. It is done, not just by nefarious sadhakas, but even by well-meaning Sadhakas, as a required step in their journey towards a high path. But then they know what they are doing, and how they will overcome this Karma, and have accomplished gurus, who know what they are getting done.
6. I want to experience the "true" reality. But how do I do that "in a safe way"?
People stuck in this realm, are here because their Karmas are bad. Work on your Karmas and ask the powers that be, for a chance to be elevated. Do sadhana. Learn from accomplished masters how you can do that.
