Vaiṣṇava stotra · from the Brahmavaivarta Purāṇa

इन्द्रकृतं श्रीकृष्णस्तोत्रम्

Indra Krita Krishna Stotram — Indra's hymn to Kṛṣṇa

This hymn does not argue or explain. It looks. Sixteen verses are one long list of what Indra sees: Krishna white, red, yellow and dark through the four ages, then in the forest by the Yamunā, somewhere with Radha, somewhere with the cowherd boys, somewhere on the head of the serpent Kāliya. Six verses at the end say how the hymn passed from teacher to teacher and what reciting it brings.
