Vāmana Purāṇa
The Purāṇa that the sage Pulastya told to Nārada — Śiva and Satī, Dakṣa's sacrifice and the burning of Kāma, Prahlāda's war and devotion, the Goddess who slew Mahiṣa, the holy land of Kurukṣetra and its lakes and rivers, the marriage of Śiva and Pārvatī and the birth of Skanda, Andhaka and the other asuras, and at the last Viṣṇu's birth as the dwarf who took the three worlds from Bali in three strides. Our own translation, verse by verse.
