Pūrva Khaṇḍa पूर्व खण्ड
The gods. First the general rules — the source tantras, the guru and disciple, the times, places, seats, rosaries and fire-pits of practice — then the mudrās, the Sarvatobhadra and other maṇḍalas, the worship common to all deities, and the mantras of Gaṇeśa, Śiva, Viṣṇu, Sūrya, Hanumān, Baṭuka Bhairava and the Kṣetrapāla and other gods. देवता। पहले सामान्य नियम — मूल तन्त्र, गुरु और शिष्य, साधना के काल, स्थान, आसन, माला और कुण्ड — फिर मुद्राएँ, सर्वतोभद्र आदि मण्डल, सब देवताओं की साझी पूजा-पद्धति, और गणेश, शिव, विष्णु, सूर्य, हनुमान, बटुक भैरव तथा क्षेत्रपाल आदि देवताओं के मन्त्र।
