This work you should do in Pitr Paksha — it is the best of all, the speaker says. Or else do it only on the Amavasya. For making it siddh, it is Pitru Paksha that serves. Pitru Paksha is the sixteen-day period that runs from the Purnima tithi of the month of Bhadrapada up to the Sarva Pitru Amavasya tithi. It should be done in this time.

For doing this, the speaker says, you will need approximately twenty-one kishmish daily, and honey will be needed. Take at least 250 grams of honey and keep it at one time.
