Devi Navaratnamalika Stotram — A garland of nine gems for the Supreme Goddess

Each verse is a gem in a garland, and each ends on the same line, manasi bhāvayāmi paradevatām, in my mind I contemplate the Supreme Goddess. She is pictured first in her ornaments and weapons, then as the earth, ocean, fire and sky, then inside the body as the coiled power rising through the lotuses, and last as the Mother of the letters, Tripurasundari, a young girl and mistress of all. Some texts add a dhyāna and further verses; this is the nine-verse form.
